When we check-in hotel they not follow the prices when we book on line :( in bedroom still using spoil furniture...

Nothing outstanding.

Bed not suitable for matured couple.

Its cheap and conveniently located near Teluk Intan town. Shopping mall is nearby. Parking is easy.

Poor quality furnitures Kettle cord too short. Must use cable extension to connect to wall power point. Sound proofing is poor

Truly speak,this hotel quite disappointed me.The room wall was dirty,carpet got bad smell.and the corridor having thick odour. If u want to upgrade your hotel image ,please repaint the wall,change the carpet with tiles,it will look much better.And i should said that your services was not bad.

Nothing much except that is is quite cheap. One young staff was helpful and that's all!,

Hotel is relatively cheap and the price reflects the quality. No breakfast service even we want to pay. Fortunately there is a Mac nearby. Cleanliness is low but the young employee tried to help as much as he could.

The beds for family suite is very satisfactory. It's worth staying.

I think the room supervisor should go round each room to check what need to be repair e.g. the toilet door, the sink in the bathroom is it in good condition. One suggestion, could the hotel provide tea/coffee as a supplement.

Poor maintenance, the room very smelly and old.

Free wi-fi (thought the connection is staccatoed and sometimes even unavailable). Price is good. Hot water (best part of the stay) and clean toilet. clean bed sheets and towels.

The cleanliness of the room was questionable. There were mosquitoes and small flies which kept gathering around this patch of stuff near the head area of the bed. There were ants in the room and there was a patch of stain on the carpet. Had to pay to print out the confirmation from bookings.com though needing a print out wasnt stated in the booking confirmation. Had to register twice, once at check out and once at check in (I dont know why). too much paper work. BUT, the price is really friendly on the pockets which will remind you to be thankful that you get hot water, clean toilet and also clean bed sheets and towels.

Hotel does not really honest when stating its price to public via internet. They purposely left out the tax value n service charge. I actually dont mind paying more if been informed in advance, but I feel cheated when I discover I need to pay more when arrived to the hotel. Even though if it was states (I do not checked) that price is not included tax n service charge, majority of the traveler will overlooked this, as it happenned to our group. Such pity, coz the service n facility is fair when compare to the price. Because of this small matter, I hv some inclination to recommend this to others. If not, I will definetely recommend this hotel to others. Such pity.....

- Bathroom is dirty with lots of flies - No toiletries - Tap water is yellowish - Shower water pressure low, body never able to cool down after shower, especially in hot weather season now - Air-con is not cold. Manager washed air-con filters on the spots after feedback but still not cold. Filters very dirty. - No air-con remote control in room. Stayers have to request manager to adjust settings, even in the middle of the nights ! - No wireless connectivity in room even though hotel claimed to be wireless capable. - Noisy environment, especially when there is a function at the hall. Music continues even after midnight until early hours of morning. Stayers could still hear the music bass inside room - Not enough parking lots, especially when there is a function going on - Bed-bugs. Child had bites all over the body

The location 10 min walk from the town centre is excellent, and there is ample parking space. The rooms are fairly spacious and wifi reception in the rooms is good.

We took two rooms and the air-conditioning in one of the rooms didn't work very well, and the mattresses could have been firmer.

1)Facilities - feels like in a brothel 2)Cleanliness - stacks of used bedsheets and garbage left outside rooms and alleyways 3) For the rates given believe I could get a better deal with other hotels in Teluk Intan
