Value for money & good location just opposite Queensbay Mall. Another plus point I will compliment is Free Wifi in room which I never expected. I stayed in a double room with Queen bed, it was comfy and clean. Easy accessible to other parts of penang eg. eGate, gurney plaza, airport, etc. as cab & bus just lining outside Queensbay mall.

it is valuable for money. And it is situated opposite of Queensbay Mall which have mostly everything and easy access to other places. The single room was very small yet comfortable. There's no lift and you need to climb up the stairs to reach to your room.

The receptionist (morning shift) is very friendly and accommodating. He was very considerate to customers :) No cable for the television.. Just local channels which we cannot understand.

願意在退房後為旅客保管行李數小時。旁邊有Queens Bay Mall 用餐很方便。 空間極小，放置行李後，無法行走。全無盥洗用品但未先告知。無電梯、行李需自行抬上樓。

目の前にイオンがあり、買い物もすぐに出来る所とホテルの裏の方には海が広がり夕焼けが綺麗だったこと。イ- ンターネットも無料で使えるので、情報を集めるのには最高 各部屋に窓はなく、電気もキーで一括接続、遮断されるので、部屋を涼しくしておきたくてもできないところ。-

Basic hotel for people with minimal needs. Free WiFi. Very good location, just opposite Queensbay Mall. Rooms are small. Housekeeping minimal.
