I extended my stay for an extra night. Staff, helpful and nice even if don't look like at first; Location, great for transport (near bus and mrt station) and for food (plenty of street options); near chinatown, walking distance from changkat and bintang; shower; very good if you plan to visit kl and spend most time out of hotel Condition of some of the rooms viewed; safe box not working in most rooms; electric plug don't fit room appliances (use one at the time); shower/toilet need a better scrub; lightning of the rooms; some details that made it look cheap and run down (like tv connection, table leg broken, etc). Ban families with kids!

Location Shower Air con Clean bed daily Clean room Non working safe Occasionally no hot water No power once room key card is removed from room power slot. This makes it hard to charge up iPads or laptops once the guest leaves for a few hours. Would suggest to allow a PowerPoint to be active even after removing the key card from the slot 2 hour wifi passwords. How about 12 hours?

Junior Suite Jacuzzi Bath was great if you like Baths - this is the reason we booked this hotel. Shower was also great, with rainfall head, normal shower head, and body sprays. Proximity to MRT railway - this runs right outside the window on the third floor. No door between bathroom and bedroom, which would be a problem if you need bathroom privacy.

Comfortable for the one night I was there and if you're fit and healthy within easy walking distance of the sites. Quirky room designs. Staff were a bit loud in the corridors outside the rooms in the morning so if you want a lie in you may be woken up!

I was stayed 2 days in Family dormitory room. Room was clean & comfortable except the train sound at night time.but its not much problem. The toilet is no lock & visible at bottom.with out our family member or unknown person cant stay in this room. Location very comfortable. Lrt & bus stops very nearer. Staffs are very friendly & help full. Tour tips: 1.Twin Tower take LRT 2.KL tower - walk able only. But, take Taxi is comfortable (10RM only) 3.Batu cave. straight bus available opposite road from this hotel. Bus no 11. (opposite to sangeetha hotel). 4. Genting Highland. just 3min walk to Pudu bus terminal & take bus to genting cable car terminal

The location near to dataran merdeka, bukit bintang and pudu raya. It was really startegic location to go anywhere in kl The building is quite nice but the service was very poor. The hotel provides coffee but no hot water , all of the bathroom fitting were loose/spoil , the house keeping guy was not good on their job, the way they cleaned the room was not good, the bed sheet didn't change and the bathroom didn't clean at all.

The hotel is quite well designed, although you can see that the hotel is old and hasn't been fully renovated. It is only some minutes away from the Masjid Jamek station, which is convenient if you arrive by bus (to the new bus station). The hotel is not that well located - somewhere between Chinatown and Bukit Bintang. The wifi must be renewed with new codes to be asked at the reception every 2 hours - annoying. Almost no bathroom facilities.
