Ascott Kuala Lumpur  

Die Poolanlage im 22. Stock war sehr schön, sehr sauber und groß genug, so dass man sich nich zu eng gefühlt hatten.Die Appartment sind sehr großzügig gebaut und eingerichtet, allerdings ist das Mobilar ein wenig alt. Bed sind aber ganz gut !!! Frühstück Buffet war auch ok und ist bis 10h30 geöffnet, was sehr angenehm war.Die Lage, direkt bei der Petronas Towern ist ideal !!! Sehr gute Restaurants und Foodcourst sind im Mall gleich um die Ecke vorhanden.

Zimmer nicht immer sauber, besonders im Bad. Als wir ankammen waren noch Ziebel Resten in der Küche, die nicht entsorgt worden waren.

Die Lage ist Ideal, Grosses Zimmer (2 Bedroom) und sehr Komfortabel. Nettes Personal.

Teilweise waren die Moebel sehr abgenutzt und auch der Boden (Teppich) schmutzig mit Flecken.

Great pool on 22nd floor. Spacious 2 bedroom apartment for family. Good location, close to upmarket Suria Mall and public transport.

Wifi only in lobby, restaurant and at pool.buffet breakfast very average.

The staff at the spa was quite rude. I had to go there to enquire about towels for the pool (as they had run out) and they told me rudely that it was housekeeping's responsibility, then they started speaking in Malay/Chinese and ignored me whilst I was trying to figure out where housekeeping was. I must've seemed quite lost as I heard them snickering and laughing whilst pointing in my direction. Very distasteful and disgusting behavior.

It'a a family friendly hotel with spacious rooms, I really loved the fully equipped kitchen and full size refrigerator, also the 24 hour laundry room was a great plus. The location of the hotel is excellent right next to klcc towers and Suria mall and the klcc park for children to play. The swimming pool is great.

More front of house staff needed at peak times. 15 Mins from arrival to getting room. More communication..there was an orange tinge to the water supply which should have been pointed out at check in, needs a better breakfast choice and the rooms had either a cooking or smoking smell, despite it being a non smoking room. Overall, I expected better

It was close to the towers the bathroom was fantastic (big) and the apartment spacious. The staff very friendly. It was a bit of walking distance to the main shopping hub however a taxi was very easy to catch from the hotel. All in all was a nice stay.

Unfortunatly we were unable to use the balcony. When booking I saw that it had balcony and was one of the main reasons for booking this hotel but we were unable to use them :(

I liked best the care of the staff of the safety of the residents.

The breakfast restaurant location,furniture & the selection of food.

Location is good and 2 bedroom apartment we stayed in is very spacious.

Room is very basic in decor and quite run down. Lighting is very poor. Breakfast area always crowded and selection of food limited.

What I liked about the Ascott was its location,close to the twin towers the pavillion, train station.Most importantly I found the staff to be courteous and extremely helpful in all of our requests. The rooms were spacious, the airconditioning was faultless and the pool on the 22nd floor was excellant.

The Ascott is somewhat dated and needs refurbishment. The carpet is old stained and in desperate need of replacement.
