Clean, Room size is very big, DVD player, CD Player, Kitchen, Bathroom, everything about the room Breakfast options are limited, small Sky Bar, Pool is not that great, when checking out the staff didn't seem interested in arranging to get my baggage so I had to get a key and go get the baggage myself, luckily I know the bellman so he helped me! |

it was a great location, and much more space than a hotel room, with pretty much all the same facilities room service not as good as a hotel (understandably), but otherwise no complaints, plenty of places to eat nearby |

A Sales lady, Claire, was not friendly when I wanted to discuss on the rate of the room as I was planning to have a party there. Although she was just behind the door as I was standing at the reception, she refused to come out to talk to me. That I feel very 'impersonal' and the only 1 thing that 'tarnish' - I feel, the whole experience. Otherwise, everything was really good. Compliments to Gary Theng who was very pleasant and helpful to the point of getting the type of room I wanted as I've accidentally booked the wrong type. |

I stayed at the apartment and enjoyed the homey feel of it all. The fact that the kitchen is well-stocked with the basic necessities is an added bonus! I wish there were more varieties in the breakfast menu. |

The space of the apartment was perfect for 3/4 people although a full size oven would have been an asset in the kitchen. They were very accomodating regarding parking for friends. We had our computer reconfigured for free internet access done very quickly by the inhouse engineers.Fantastic 22nd floor bar! The carpets in common areas and in the apartment needed shampooing. |

I liked the hotel in this rapid response to requests by the resident. The unique location of the hotel where it was close to important places. The hotel was very comfortable. And recommend it for families |

Excellant value for money. Great Location too! Breakfast was very busy with noisy families. As we do not have a family this was a negative point for us. |
