Prima en grote kamer met apart slaapgedeelte. Uitstekende voorzieningen, zwembad en fitness goed lokatie bij de Twintowers. Perfecte service. Na een dag verblijf in de stad en om 10.00 te hebben uitgechecked hebben we s'nachts voor vertrek naar de airport nog kunnen douchen en omkleden en geheel gratis. Perfect. Het hotel verdient een opfris beurt. ( alhoewel alles keurig en schoon is)

Het appartement was fantastisch, voelde aan als een thuis. Locatie zeer centraal. De wifi verbinding was matig, de receptie is kaal en letterlijk koud en het personeel kan deskundiger en vriendelijker

Dat we zo dicht bij de highlights zaten. En van de ruime kamer. Het ontbijt was keurig, goed verzorgd maar had iets uitgebreider mogen zijn.

I liked everything in this hotel. I have booked for one doubled bedroom apartment; the available one was a twin bedroom aprtment; however, the management decided to upgrade apartment to a two-bedroom apartment for free. Our aparament features fully equipped kitchens with dishwashers and microwave ovens. Kitchenware is provided. it is equipped with a home entertainment system and safety deposit boxes. Free wifi internet at swimming pool and spa.

Great pool on 22nd floor. Spacious 2 bedroom apartment for family. Good location, close to upmarket Suria Mall and public transport. Wifi only in lobby, restaurant and at pool.buffet breakfast very average.

Excellent Hotel right near the Petrona Towers, In the heart of CBD, Close to all Amenities... Great Staff... Upgraded us to a 2 Bedroom Aptt... Also Extended our Check out time by 2 hours at no extra cost... Was excellent Aptt with all the Luxuries... Highly Recommended...

The staff at the spa was quite rude. I had to go there to enquire about towels for the pool (as they had run out) and they told me rudely that it was housekeeping's responsibility, then they started speaking in Malay/Chinese and ignored me whilst I was trying to figure out where housekeeping was. I must've seemed quite lost as I heard them snickering and laughing whilst pointing in my direction. Very distasteful and disgusting behavior.

It'a a family friendly hotel with spacious rooms, I really loved the fully equipped kitchen and full size refrigerator, also the 24 hour laundry room was a great plus. The location of the hotel is excellent right next to klcc towers and Suria mall and the klcc park for children to play. The swimming pool is great.

More front of house staff needed at peak times. 15 Mins from arrival to getting room. More communication..there was an orange tinge to the water supply which should have been pointed out at check in, needs a better breakfast choice and the rooms had either a cooking or smoking smell, despite it being a non smoking room. Overall, I expected better

It was close to the towers the bathroom was fantastic (big) and the apartment spacious. The staff very friendly. It was a bit of walking distance to the main shopping hub however a taxi was very easy to catch from the hotel. All in all was a nice stay. Unfortunatly we were unable to use the balcony. When booking I saw that it had balcony and was one of the main reasons for booking this hotel but we were unable to use them :(

I liked the location of the hotel, the comfortable apartment, and the ability to get around easily. I didn't like the bathroom towels and the level of cleanliness. I didn't like the short quantity of the bathroom items in my kids' rooms. I didn't like the breakfast at all. There was no variety or much options for my kids and me. I hated the flies buzzing around while we were eating.

Good location with very reasonable price. Especially good for family travel with kids or grand parents. The facility is clean, well maintained; The staff are friendly and professional, the room is spacious and bright; the price is very reasonable.

Location is good and 2 bedroom apartment we stayed in is very spacious. Room is very basic in decor and quite run down. Lighting is very poor. Breakfast area always crowded and selection of food limited.

What I liked about the Ascott was its location,close to the twin towers the pavillion, train station.Most importantly I found the staff to be courteous and extremely helpful in all of our requests. The rooms were spacious, the airconditioning was faultless and the pool on the 22nd floor was excellant. The Ascott is somewhat dated and needs refurbishment. The carpet is old stained and in desperate need of replacement.
