We stayed at the 2 bedroom appartment. It is very well furnished and maintained. The appartment is very comfortable and the hotel staff are very friendly. The location is very convenient; accross the road from the Petrona towers and the mall. The hotel is perfect for a family on vacation in KL. |

The hotel was next to the Twin Towers, to the park, to the shopping mall, and aslo to the aquarium. very nice for the family. the breakfast was same during my stay for 9 days. and the breakfast room was small. |

very good set up for family. breakfast buffet was very good. Spa was excellent. security was very good. one problem with security is that you might get locked in the stairways if you forget your keys and if no body appears you can be stuck for hours. |

The service and attitude of the staff is definitely five stars. Very efficient in responding to requests. The breakfast spread and venue was ok for me, contrary to reviews. The standard of the room is not as expected, the sink was choked and part of the kitchen cabinet fell off. Was expecting as good standard as the one in Ascott Beijing. The staff forgot about my request for non-smoking room initially and I had to remind them. |

after complaining they upgradeed us to 2 bedroom apartment and the size in general is sutable and comfortable for families. the buffet restuarant has very limited choices. the ceanling service was not very good |

Good-sized rooms, separate bedroom and spacious bathroom. The breakfast is on the 22nd floor with a direct view at the Petronas Twin Towers. Staff is ever so friendly. The internet connection was next to nothing, the staff basically said I was out of luck and didn't do anything. For a business hotel (long stay) this is unacceptable. I was forced to go to internet cafe's to do business. |

Extremely professional and polite staff, luxuriously spacious apartments and modern facilities - it exceeded my expectations. The beds were a little too hard for my liking and the gym was extremely poorly ventilated. |
