雅诗阁住宅酒店  

位置非常好，走到KLCC只需要3分钟；家庭间比较大，比较干净整洁。楼顶的泳池很不错

设施比较陈旧，家具制作感觉粗糙，总有一两样有点小毛病。五星级差强人意

位置一流，就在双子塔对面。房间空间大，设施齐全。我们离店时是凌晨，酒店愿意帮我们提早打包好早餐，这一- 点比较贴心。

房间内设施稍旧。房间没有无线网络，有线上网慢。

交通便捷，出门就是twin tower.酒店设施和五星标准差了点

Room service速度太慢

I liked the location, close to twin towers also close to sky walk that takes you to Pavilion as well. The two shopping centres full of activities.

The carpect, the furniture and utilities are bit out of date and requires a facelift for the price charged. Another thing that got me upset was that I booked the hotel for 6 nights and I arrived at 10 am, I was told to wait until 12 noon, I was told the hotel was fully booked, I asked if there is anyone checked out early, I was told two rooms were just vacated but will take at least 2 hours to clean. How on earth cleaning a room would take 2 hours, but basically they did not want to accommodate early checkin. I think the hotel needs a bit of facelift on customer care as well, for someone staying for 6 days they should have used smart marking skills and made effort to at least check in by 11 am, and use the 1 hour excuse for cleaning up.

great location, huge 3 bedroom suite that works out cheaper than taking equivalent hotel rooms. its not brand new but they do a good job maintaining the facility, the pool area is nice and the food at the restaurant was very good. free parking and freindly staff, great for proximity to shopping and tourist attractions. we will stay there again

breakfast is very busy and many people have to sit outside in the heat which wasnt nice, they need to put some fans in or shade screens, or both! aircon thermostats didnt work so you ended up being a little too hot or cold, but it wasnt a huge problem

the hotel location was good & the security of the hotel was very good as no one can enter the hotel without a permission.

I have asked for honeymoon setup but they did not do it and when i asked the reception guy he just ignored me. The breakfast is not good as 5 star hotel and it has a lot of mosquitoes which shows unclean environment. No Arabic channels where the TV was very boring for us.

This hotel is an excellent solution if you want to visit Kuala Lumpur and stay in a luxurious accommodation at an affordable price. The location is excellent because the neighbourhood is very good and safe and the centre is just a few blocks away. Our room was surprisingly luxurious, considering we paid 170 euros per night for 4 people. Facilities are very good with a very nice view from the pool at the 21st floor. Staff was very polite and accommodating; we arrived in the morning and they allowed us to enter the room already before 10 o'clock! All in all, we were extremely pleased with our stay and because of that, decided to spend another night on our way back to Europe.

The only reason why this hotel might not be considered top class is the restaurant. It is surprisingly small, looks cheap and the choice of food is quite limited, at least compared to european standards. On the other hand, due to its limited space, it is possible to have breakfast at the nearby open space by the pool, which is a very nice experience thanks to the wonderful view of the park in front.

The Ascott is literally a stones throw away from klcc

No wi-fi in the appartments

Very family oriented hotel.

Decor of room slightly outdated. And the 2nd bedroom did not have a tv. Lastly the constant use of our room keys to access the lift.
