Clean room. Nearby to the shopping area & food stall (walking distance). Quite during night time.

Parking area limited. Family room a bit small but value for money (budget hotel).

This hotel have a spacious and very clean Room,so comfortable...the hotel Staff friendly... Laundry kilo in neighbourhood ,1 kilo 4 Rm,.indian cuisine in front of the hotel cheap and delicious. 飯店房間大又很乾淨、飯店員工態度好• 飯店旁邊有洗衣店1kg 4 Rm,在斜對面有印度餐廳東西很便宜又好吃•

We hope this hotel have a lift,so we don't need carry a luggage from downstair.

the staff was very nice, they willing help us to charge the battery using their computer, and good service to arrange the local tour for us,.

The location is not very good

The hotel is brand new and it is situated very close to Eagle square. The staff is friendly and helpful and the room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Cost effective.

The only down is the slamming doors. Sometimes the sound from the corridors is noisy. But this is not a bug problem

The room is clean and new. Hotel staff are nice, friendly and helpful.

1) Hotel room very clean with model design. 2) Perfect location with near to most duty free shop, food restaurants and just 5min drive from hotel to Jetty.

The hotel is nice to stay, especially for backpackers. The room is small but the shower area is big and awesome! Just two problems, the airconditioning is not functioning well(i don't know the other rooms,but mine,yes) n the parking space is limited. The hotel is located in front of the main road,but it's not too easy to search since the building is just small. They clean our rooms every morning, and change the towels, bedsheet etc. The cleanliness of the room is 100%! Looking forward to stay here again for my next trip. Activity : - Pasar Malam Kuah, every Wednesday, walking distance. - Pandak Mayah, shoplots for chocolate shopping etc, 2 min drive. - JettyPoint Langkawi, 5 min drive. - Pantai Cenang, 20-30 min drive. - Langkawi Airport, 30 min drive.

I have to be fair, cleanliness of the room plus free WiFi

No elevator No one help you to get your luggage up or down No refrigerator No facilities at all It is very expensive comparing to level of service

No lift & also nobody will help to carry your bags , some difficulties in wifi , & for food you had to arrange that .
