Room very noisy. Television did not work. Some of the wall plugs did not work. The room dirty and smelly. No map of the city or other brochures about the city available at the concierge.

It was an okay hotel, but definitely should not be rated as a 4-star hotel. Staff were polite but not flexible. For example, the room is for 2 people and they give us 2 bath towels but would not provide us with an extra one on request. Same goes for pillow and blanket (unless you pay, of course). The buffet breakfast was good. There were lots of options for everyone so there's no complain there. The shower uses a cloth curtain and it smells a bit - but I find that to be the case for all hotels that use that kind of curtain. The lighting was not good. I could not read because the room remains rather dark at night even though all the light was on. Overall, I'd say it's a 3-star hotel. But I do believe it is the best on in the area though.

No traffic conjestion yet it's just 5mins drive to the shopping mall

They do not provide toothbrush for their superior room. Only for their studios. Claim themselves a three star hotel

Service was bad, the reservation personel is not friendly through the phone and counter , I was put on hold and I need to call back the next day to check my hotel booking .No towel provided in the swimming pool, agreed to send but later ignore our request.

The bed was comfortable

It did not have CNN and CNBC in it cable selection

The room is quite spacious

* Hotel does not provide of basic item like toothbrush. * Snack & underwear was disappeared during the stay

Hôtel très confortable et assez près du centre.

L'accueil n'est pas très chaleureux ; il a fallu réclamer plusieurs fois un extra-bed ; la salle de petit déjeuner est très bruyante et à moitié dans le hall de passage ; mauvaise réception pour la télé, le bar de notre chambre était vide, il a fallu vérifier qu'il ne le facturati pas .... Je trouve cet hôtel très cher pour la prestation fournie.
