Everything! The view, the maintenance of the hotel was excellent, food has improved tremendously, staff are warm, polite and acommodating. Nothing apart from it always being hard to book. |

it is nice to have the pet garden inside the hotel, nice swimming pools as well staffs are not well trained, service was bad. expensive but not really value for money. |

environnement et calme, proximité de Singapour peu de choix pour la nourriture, groupe d'entreprise peu respectueux des autres (animations de 7h30 à 8h30 le matin.....) malgré les remarques de plusieurs clients |

部屋の清掃がきちんと行き届いていると感じました。PDという場所柄、もう少しいい加減だと思っていたので。 水上コテージへの通路が、木製で水上にあるため、歩くたびにたわんで少し、頼りない（折れそう）でした。細い板を組んでつくられているため、ヒールのあるサンダルで歩くと、ヒールが隙間に刺さり、キスだらけになってしまいました。 |
