Not satisfied with the hotel,the staff are not friendly especially at receptionist counter

between airport and city. Free shuttle service excellent. staff wonderful. very helpful with advice, getting taxis, photocopying, internet access - in fact anything we asked for they assisted us with. The staff were the best.

curtains in rooms need replacing.

Price was probably what influenced us in booking. Bed was comfortable and room was clean

The location did not suit us for a 3 day stay - there was nothing in the area for tourists.

We stayed at the Bary Inn basically on a layover through KL, so we weren't looking for a place that was near the center of the city (this place definitely is not). The room was clean and the airport shuttle service was great. The hotel staff was friendly. This a good place if you're staying overnight in KL but not longer.

There is only one restaurant in walking distance (not sure how good the food is, we didn't eat there). There is a 7-11 and KFC a short taxi ride away. No English-language TV channels.

Nice hotel for transit passengers for klia and lcct, shuttle bus service works awesome. But mind that the pick up point is on ground floor, not the arrival floor.

Nothing around the hotel, so take food with you. No internet connection in rooms.

Actually, nothing.

It is in a run down area. We stayed at the hotel because of our flight schedule and we were offered transfers. Our flight times were different and we were told that we would have to pay for one of the transfers. The hotel does not provide transfers to klia and relies on a private contractor. Construction in the area can keep you awake. Definitely not a good choice. Way too expensive for what you get. Stay at the Concorde Inn a better choice. Would not reccommend this place.

I was flying in from Bali where I got the Bali Belly. I prearranged the "free" shuttle before I left because I was feeling so ill and wanted to know I could just head straight to me hotel since I landed at 12:30 at night. When I landed I stood outside in the heat for an hour and the shuttle never showed. It was 2:00am by the time I had to get a taxi. I had to scrounge up the tiny bit of money I had to pay for a taxi. When I arrived at the hotel at 2:30am the lady showed me the pick up schedule and I saw they had switched my departure and arrival time. In the morning I requested that the money for my taxi be taken off my room (20usd). They lady rudely tried to tell me that it was my fault and I emailed the wrong times. Luckily there was free internet so I pulled up the email to show her that I emailed the exact itinerary. Then she asked why I didn't email again to confirm, I then showed her the confirmation email they sent me that my shuttle schedule had been arranged and they would see me at the airport. Finally I got them to take the money off my room. Then they had the audacity to try and charge me for the shuttle back to the airport when it says on Booking.com free 2-way airport transfer. I had to argue again with them and finally was able to secure my ride. I would never ever trust this hotel to pick you up or treat you like a human being.

This hotel is best thought of as a substitute for Tune hotel at LCCT. It's slightly cheaper, slightly bigger room, has free WiFi (extra $ at Tune) - but it's a lot further ( not a significant issue as the shuttle bus is very reliable).

I Did not like anything.

It is in an industrial park with no other businesses close by. Difficult to find.

It was near to the airport and they have a airport service for free.

It was very expensive for the kind of hotel they were in Malaysia.
