ジョージタウン中心部に近く、何かと便利な立地でした。ホテルスタッフの対応も丁寧で良かったです。ツイン- の部屋を利用しましたが、あと２台くらいベッドが入るほど広かったです。部屋の掃除も丁寧だと思います。ま- た、隣の部屋や廊下の雑音も全く気になりません。快適に滞在する事ができました。 |

ふつうのお部屋の3倍くらいの金額でしたが日本円で考えると高くなかったのでジュニアスイートに泊まってみ- ました。 部屋は広く、水回りやベットなどは清潔でしたが、全体的に古いのでしょうか、カーペットや壁、ソファーなど- はシミや傷などがありました。 でもお部屋からの景色は想像以上で、近くにおいしい屋台街？（レッドガーデン）があり、両替所がある通りや- 、ショッピングモールにも徒歩で行けたので、私は古さは気にならなかったので総合的にはここに泊まってよか- ったと思います。 特にありませんが、朝食の際、外でもその場で作ってくれるオムレツ（卵料理）やパン？（インド料理っぽい）- があるのに、場所によっては中から見えない位置もあり、はじめはそのことに気付きませんでした。 朝食受付の時に一言、外にもあります、と言ってもらえればよかったなと思います。 |

Excellent service from front office staff,early c/i was at ease.Places of interest is near to hotel.Pool is good,family with kids will enjoy.Ample of parking lots plus free parking.Staff was friendly and informative,thumb ups ! Well done all. Bed matteress was a bit hard,pillows too soft.Room cleanliness can be improve,ie the teapoon was not properly wash coffee stains was observed.TV tends to change into B/W after is was swtich off. |

None at all I liked nothing,.. Poor hotel, not clean pelow or blanket.. Poor view.. Poor staff.. Bad foooooooooooooood !!! not even clean.. No service during breakfast !!! breakfast is bad!!!! |

The deluxe room that they allocated for me is spacious and the view is very nice. It is a comfortable environment to stay overnight. This hotel is more suitable for businessman or for those who just need a place to sleep overnight and most of the times are out there because it only has 2 floors dedicated for non-smoking customer (total 16 floor high) and the swimming poor are so small. No other facilities are suitable for kids. |

Convenient online booking system, reasonable room rate. The room design was a bit awkward, with 2 single beds put together and facing the door of the toilet; There was a exhaust fan fixed at the bathroom window (above the bathtub) at the side of my head when I'm taking my bath. I'm not sure if all rooms have the same layout/facilities, but just be more careful not to be to near to the exhaust fan to prevent unwanted incidents when taking your bath if you find a similar bathroom during your stay. |

Good location. The breakfast was horrible - definitely needed more western choices.Also Do not use the safes as we nearly went home without our passports when it jammed. It is an average hotel. Revolving restaurants food was not very nice and did not cater for veggies. |

The hotel is centrally located but in a rather quiet environment. Everything is to reach in walking distance. The hotel has a swimming pool. The only comment I have is that the bed was rather hard and that you have to pay for the room (2 persons), whilst travelling alone, but I experienced that all over Malaysia.. |

Staff were very helpful with directions to local street eateries. We got everything we asked for at the time of reservation: king sized bed, non-smoking floor and great seaview. Room had separate shower and bath. Spacious room. Movie channels. The shower screen could have been a little cleaner. Water leaked from the shower a bit as the door didn't fully close. Room was a long way from the lift. The jacuzzi was lukewarm but not hot as expected. Poor design for accessing the carparks from inside the hotel. But these are all small things really, as overall we were very happy for what we got for the price. |

everything!! i couldnt fault this hotel in anyway whatsoever. location, staff, food entertainment everything was first class the only thing i would warn about is that drinks are a bit pricey after happy hour. coffee etc a bit dear but lunch and dinner packages good value |
