Att de kraever myr 100.-/dag I deponering, foer ev. Anvaendning av telefon, tvaett eller restaurang. Internet aer ocksaa dyrt. Och saa aer poolvattnet iskallt.

Läget nära shoping, men vi föredrog ändå dagarna vi beachen... Bra hjälp med bokningskontor i hotellet för vidare resa.

Dålig städning, mer som ett 3-sjärnigt hotell. Borde bjuda på Wi-Fi...

Very nice hotel, very clean, very nice staff, very cooperative.

only one part i.e. at lounge bar rates are differ for the evening time and night time with menu charges while we feel the rates would be same as per the menu. but when we saw when we checking you they charges the bar bill very high.

Value for money. We got more than we bargained for. Was there for a friend's wedding reception and the room we got was huge and spacious. The view was quite awesome as we could peer right into the Cheong Fatt Tze mansion. Staff were happy to help and courteous and they catered for the foodie in me. They had maps of the best eats in town and knew how to direct us there.

It isn't really a red herring, but the decor and furnishing is a little beyond the decade but it didn't bother me at all consider what I paid

City Hotel

Where no Wifi services for free? Even at kl Mamak store also provide free wifi for customers but 4 stars hotel need to charge customers. What a shame!

Central location

We enjoyed the proximity to everything in Georgetown. The professional staff, check in was fast and extremely polite. Room although a little small very comfortable. Breakfast was adequate although a little more Western fare mwould have been nice. We plan to re-book the Bayview for another visit in the future. Excellent pricing for the standard set.

No complaints at all

Well located within easy walking distance of the World Heritage Site of old Penang. Surrounded by restaurants, Hawker Cenres and street food stalls. World famous e&o Hotel with fine dinning is opposite. The hotel is well appointed and has friendly and efficient staff. Near major bus routes to the plush shopping malls

The bedroom walls are thin enough to allow conversations and tv in other rooms to be heard.

Convenient location, overall a good hotel, rooms are of a good standard. Over Christmas period, prices are very high. Would recommend it for a city break in Georgetown.

Unless you're on business, this hotel is not strategically located (far from unesco Sights and too far from the beach)

The bed is smelly and the lobby area is dark. The staff didnt change the bedsheet or clean the room very well, cos the pillow and bed sheet are stinky. I will not recommend the hotel to others.

This is the 3rd time staying in this Hotel. The location is excellent, Foods, Hawker stalls, Food court and pub within walking distance. The staff are friendly, Room is clean and enormous.

Purely on the location.

The price is expensive for a simple room.
