Friendly Staff. Nice balcony to sit outside your room and great views. Excellent breakfast. Clean room and excellent shower room. |

The fact that the hotel is sensitive to vegetarians - the vegetarian buffet on Sunday was superb - I will write a review on this for the Malaysian Vegetarian Society's newsletter. The Spa - the staff have to be warmer and caring and less business like - the spa needs to be spruced up - looked shabby |

The staff were friendly and very helpful. It was spotlessly clean. It was close to night markets and hawkers markets so we had a wide variety of delicious cheap food. The swimming pool closed at 7.30 pm. i felt it perhaps could have closed to children at that time but 10pm for adults. |

The room that we got is very spacious which is good since 3 of us are sharing a room. Didn't get much time to enjoy the facilities since we are only there for one night. The only disadvantage would be the location as it is rather far off from the night market in Batu Ferringhi not to mention Georgetown. |

location was great. Close to restaurents and markets.Easy to organise tours and hire car. Couldn't swim at beach due to jelly fish, but the pool was enormous and the gardens were spacious with plenty of sunlounges. |

Amazing view from full sea view room, good swimming pool, excellent breakfast,lovely beach amenities with jetski, parasailing,banana boat. We had a trip to monkey beach where u can watch and feed monkeys No a/c in lobby |

The 'last hotel' along the famed Batu Feringghi beach thereby away from the 'crowd/hustle & bustle' of the more popular spots such as those around Holiday Inn. Closer to Teluk Bahang too! The beach (though this is not part of the hotel). The polluted river flowing by. Perfectly understand that my stay was at a period when the sea is rough. The beach by Tunku's villa is better though. |

Setting lovely, the pool was great, hotel was clean , value for money foot and body massages !!! lots of choice for breakfast with a station cooking fresh omletes, fried boiled or poached eggs Pool bar service was at times slow, room was described as having in house movies however this wasn't true unless you wanted to pay to hire a dvd player..evening entertainment was minimal and should be more varied and more options, bathroom - could do with freshening up but ok |
