I would definitely like to stay in this hotel again someday. I would surely recommend this hotel to my friends and family. what I like most is the comfort and the location which I think is superb! no astro in the room! |

nothing at all really. The room was dirty upon arrival so i had to request for the room to be cleaned properly. The room itself was uninviting and the swimming pool was green as the pump had broke. I later discovered that the pump was over 20 years old. |

The room was spacious and bed linen were clean. Most of the facilities were not available, or in a state of neglect. For example, there isn't any proper restaurant open in the resort. The swimming pool water doesn't look clean, it is a little yellowish. I didn't dare to swim in the pool. |

Facilities are good and staff overall are friendly and helpful Hotel is tired and old and becoming smelly and damp in areas. We booked treatments at the Spa and were given dirty smelly towels to use. We did ask for them to be replaced which they were. I later phoned the manager of the Spa to give her feedback and she advised me that they smelt only of oil. I don't feel she took my phone call seriously and I definitely would not recomend this Spa. |

Staff, room, view, amenities and access to water sports were all excellent. On check out, I questioned the bill due to an error on my part, and the hotel staff were not only kind but gracious in their dealing of my error. Best of all was the breakfast. I am veggie and usually steer clear of buffet breakfasts but here the choice and the quantity is vast. |

i love the view and the place around which make me really feel good with my love one.For sure i will b coming to the place again.. I ask for a birthday cake but no one willing to do for me,they just give advise to get a better Birthday cake outside..was so sad that i cant give a surprise to my friend.. |

The hotel have a very nice pool and acceptable beach. My one year old son had a blast at the beach and after that in the pool. We had a really nice time enjoying the sun and sea. The hotel staff were also very friendly and efficient. The aircon in one of our rooms were not working well, and it was evident that the previous occupant have been smoking in the room. The staff did fix the aircon and also got rid of the reeking smell, but only after we alerted them..It would have been nice if they fixed it before we checked in. Also, they were unable to give us adjoining rooms even though I requested much earlier.. I do understand that it was a packed weekend, but it would have been nice if they could make arrangement for an adjoining room for us. |

The gardens were a great place to relax with views overlooking the sea. It was possible to find a fairly secluded spot away from the families around the pool. The food was very westernised - even the 'malaysian' dishes. After travelling through Malaysia and experiencing fantastic local food this was a disappointment. |

The opportunity to visit Penang, and in particular Georgetown. The hotel is rated 4 star however the fittings/decor were extremely dated. We experienced a number of unrelated incidents associated with our room booking, broken fixtures and hygiene matters. Subsequent to our stay I contacted the hotel about our stay and all incidents were investigated/followed up. |
