Het is en blijft een goed hotel ,we zijn nu voor de 15e keer in penang geweest ,waarvan we 8 keer in de bayview.. De gastvrijheid De kamers Het ontbijt De ligging In een woord Super

Geen..je moet het gewoon zelf naar je zin maken .. Zon Zee strand goede service ,dat zijn de ingredienten wat je nodig heb om je vakantie te laten slagen

Het personeel was vriendelijk. Kamers waren groot echter een beetje out dated.

Erg massaal allemaal (fabriek) en gehorig doordat de kamers allen aan een galerij liggen die in direcht contact staan met de hoge hal die tot het dak v.h.hotel rijkt. Een gezins hotel. Voor 1 overnachting geboekt om een slaapplek te hebben. Zal hier niet gauw weer heen gaan qua het massale. Voelde me er niet echt thuis

Whilst the staff do there best to meet your requests, the hotel it's self is a bit tired and starting to show it's age especially the interior decorations of the rooms, the paint is old and dated and all the furniture is dark and a bit oppressive.The standard rooms have a view of the car park and even the side sea views are very much restricted. Our orginal room 224 the carpets were very heavily soiled and the base of the bed wasn't much better. There are certain groups of people who realy leave a lot to be desired in using the toilet facilities- these people usually wear a lot of black clothes. I feel very sorry for the staff that have to go in after them and clean up all their mess, it was totally disgusting.

If hygeine and up to date are your things I wouldn't recommend this hotel, Also worth remembering we had great difficulty in getting a bank atm to accept a Halifax card in the resort.

1. The front office staff by the name of Cheang was pleasant. 2. Plan to stay there again in June 2012 and prefer the 7th floor and also the sea facing view. Did not get both this time. 3. My contact email will be "bselvaraj5@gmail.com". The present email will be inactive from tomorrow.

1. Spotted some cockroaches in the room

The Bayview Resort had exceeded all my expectaions and more....Room was serviced twice a day and nothing was ever too much effort for them. I highly recommend a stay at this resort and will definatelty return for another holiday... Keep up the great work guys!!!!!!!

Absolutely nothing

I did not like the stay , the city is so boring and the service wan not that good

There was a tsunami warning and no one notified us about it from the other hand we did not like the stay because of the poor service

The facilities were great, wish I had known in advance how much more there was, tennis and squash courts were a bonus - had we of packed our trainers! Pool and bar really nice and loads of room, gardens nice as an over flow facility too.

The actual inside of the hotel is in dire need of a refurb! Our bathroom had chipped tiles on the floor, the soap dish in the shower was full of someone else's suds when we arrived! The carpets were lush once upon a time and very thick, they were however, pretty filthy especially along the corridors. The glass lifts were novel but took a lifetime to arrive, then once inside you have a birds eye view of the very large and very grand lobby. You also have a birds eye view of the chairs, dirty and stained from years of weary travellers taking a rest. I hate to think of the bacteria and germs loitering away! The bar and food was over priced but thats a theme in Batu Ferringhi.

Good Location

The two room appartment has only one bathroom which makes things difficult.

Great hotel for the price. Good pool, great garden area looking onto ocean.

Buffet breafast - food not hot enough

Bad room! Put us on 2nd floor with a bad view! And I had to pay the price really high plus the tax was so high!
