Het hotel ziet er goed uit en heeft een zeer goede sfeer. Vooral de pianist in de lobby en de grote tuin met zwembad met doorloop naar het strand zijn heerlijk om je langdurig mee te vermaken. De vochtigheid in mijn kamer en naar ik begrepen heb ook in andere kamers is afschuwelijk. Het water loopt letterlijk langs de muren. Het stinkt niet allen naar vocht maar je kleren gaan er ook naar stinken en worden niet droog! De twee andere kamers die werden aangeboden hadden hetzelfde probleem. |

- vriendelijk personeel, grote, ruime kamers, gigantisch bed, uitzonder goed ontbijt, prima lunchbuffet op zondag, lekkere koffie!!!, betaalbare maaltijden, - Het strand is er niet prettig; vlak bij een afvoer en het zeewater is er vies. Ook geen strandaciliteiten zoals ligbedden, parasols e.d. Door de verbouwing van het Casuarina-hotel ernaast, is het er 's avonds op straat wat 'unheimisch'. Maar dat is hopelijk van tijdelijk aard. |

Vriendelijkheid personeel. Grote badkamer en faciliteiten De prijs voor wireless internetten op de kamer of prijs bij Business center. Dit kan beter in de prijs van de kamer worden berekend. En geen keus voor private laundry, dus wasmachines voor de gasten zodat zij zelf kunnen kiezen voor laundry service van het hotel of zelf wassen Je zit tenslotte aan het strand en laundry vh hotel zelf is prijzig! |

nice garden and swimming pool. good breakfast. location at the seaside was useless due to jellyfish. staff: command of English was very bad. TV programms poor. bad air condition. far away from the airport/ town. |

I would definitely like to stay in this hotel again someday. I would surely recommend this hotel to my friends and family. what I like most is the comfort and the location which I think is superb! no astro in the room! |

The reasonable rates, the ambiance by the sea.The elevator scene reminiescent of a hotel in Singapore. The run down in paint work , the untrained staff, poor communications, inability to give currency exchange rates, operator not 24 hrs, Food for local fair (char koay teow etc high prices ( I am in KLCC hotel Char koay teow is 20 rgt but your hotel charges 25, as an example so need revision of your prices, evening buffet menue limited. |

The Bayview is very dated (1970s architecture). Breakfast was nice, room was clean, pool area lovely. I enjoyed my stay here however it was a little pricey considering how dated the decore was (everything in Penang is dated!) They took payment BEFORE I stayed in the hotel - would have much preferred to have paid at the conclusion of my stay. |

I believe the hotel was recently been renovated (maybe 6 to 12 months ago) because overall the inner building are very clear and comfort. The deluxe room are spacious for our family of 4. The hotel staff join two super deluxe bed before we check-in which I really appreciate it where they do really pay attention to my additional note that I input in booking.com when I make the booking. It is a nice hotel with the rate offered. My kids enjoy the pool and beach. We will come back again next year. The speed of the lift can be improved. |

Bayview Beach Resort is a big busy hotel but it never felt too crowded. There were always sun lounge chairs available and we were able to book the tennis court at a time that suited us. The breakfast buffet is the best one I've ever seen - good quality and it had every kind of food you could imagine. The hotel is also well placed to walk to the night market, the hawkers stalls and beach bars. The hotel was overbooked and we had some trouble ensuring that we stayed at the Bayview as they tried to move us to other accomodation. In the end they found a room for us and I'm glad they did. I enjoyed my stay there. |

Treatment and massage facilities. The Garden and the pool area. This hotle is family hotel. During holiday season it is very crewdy and lot of moice during the night from little children. We asked for other room to have less problems with our neihbours. |

nothing at all really. The room was dirty upon arrival so i had to request for the room to be cleaned properly. The room itself was uninviting and the swimming pool was green as the pump had broke. I later discovered that the pump was over 20 years old. |

The room was spacious and bed linen were clean. Most of the facilities were not available, or in a state of neglect. For example, there isn't any proper restaurant open in the resort. The swimming pool water doesn't look clean, it is a little yellowish. I didn't dare to swim in the pool. |

Facilities are good and staff overall are friendly and helpful Hotel is tired and old and becoming smelly and damp in areas. We booked treatments at the Spa and were given dirty smelly towels to use. We did ask for them to be replaced which they were. I later phoned the manager of the Spa to give her feedback and she advised me that they smelt only of oil. I don't feel she took my phone call seriously and I definitely would not recomend this Spa. |

Staff, room, view, amenities and access to water sports were all excellent. On check out, I questioned the bill due to an error on my part, and the hotel staff were not only kind but gracious in their dealing of my error. Best of all was the breakfast. I am veggie and usually steer clear of buffet breakfasts but here the choice and the quantity is vast. |

I ask for a birthday cake but no one willing to do for me,they just give advise to get a better Birthday cake outside..was so sad that i cant give a surprise to my friend.. |
