The Bayview Beach Resort

excellent facilities, helpful staff. an enjoyable stay all round. cleanliness excellent. would reccommend this hotel. Inclusive breakfast was one of the best we have enjoyed.

The hotel is just at the beach which is very convenient.

I would definitely like to stay in this hotel again someday. I would surely recommend this hotel to my friends and family. what I like most is the comfort and the location which I think is superb!

no astro in the room!

The Bayview is very dated (1970s architecture). Breakfast was nice, room was clean, pool area lovely. I enjoyed my stay here however it was a little pricey considering how dated the decore was (everything in Penang is dated!)

They took payment BEFORE I stayed in the hotel - would have much preferred to have paid at the conclusion of my stay.

Bayview Beach Resort is a big busy hotel but it never felt too crowded. There were always sun lounge chairs available and we were able to book the tennis court at a time that suited us. The breakfast buffet is the best one I've ever seen - good quality and it had every kind of food you could imagine. The hotel is also well placed to walk to the night market, the hawkers stalls and beach bars.

The hotel was overbooked and we had some trouble ensuring that we stayed at the Bayview as they tried to move us to other accomodation. In the end they found a room for us and I'm glad they did. I enjoyed my stay there.

Treatment and massage facilities. The Garden and the pool area.

This hotle is family hotel. During holiday season it is very crewdy and lot of moice during the night from little children. We asked for other room to have less problems with our neihbours.

nothing at all really. The room was dirty upon arrival so i had to request for the room to be cleaned properly. The room itself was uninviting and the swimming pool was green as the pump had broke. I later discovered that the pump was over 20 years old.

The room was spacious and bed linen were clean.

Most of the facilities were not available, or in a state of neglect. For example, there isn't any proper restaurant open in the resort. The swimming pool water doesn't look clean, it is a little yellowish. I didn't dare to swim in the pool.

It's cleanness, being near to the beach and night bazar, and fare rate.

i love the view and the place around which make me really feel good with my love one.For sure i will b coming to the place again..

I ask for a birthday cake but no one willing to do for me,they just give advise to get a better Birthday cake outside..was so sad that i cant give a surprise to my friend..

The hotel have a very nice pool and acceptable beach. My one year old son had a blast at the beach and after that in the pool. We had a really nice time enjoying the sun and sea. The hotel staff were also very friendly and efficient.

The aircon in one of our rooms were not working well, and it was evident that the previous occupant have been smoking in the room. The staff did fix the aircon and also got rid of the reeking smell, but only after we alerted them..It would have been nice if they fixed it before we checked in. Also, they were unable to give us adjoining rooms even though I requested much earlier.. I do understand that it was a packed weekend, but it would have been nice if they could make arrangement for an adjoining room for us.

The room is spacious for family with comfort. The swimming pool and the beach are clean where we spent most our time at these spots.
