Great scenery, great picture-worthy buildings and decor. Poorly maintained and run-down facilities. Counter check-in staff appeared sincerely reluctant to serve Asian customers, although highly enthusiastic and cheerful when greeting European/American customers. When asked about the extra charges imposed, I was given a cursory explanation which was not correct. Proceeded to check and verify only when pressured to do so. |

Excellent hotel view at higher floor & nice room... very suitable for relaxing. Poor service, check-in at 11am but at 4pm only manage to get hotel key! Horrible & bad experience... not suitable for family with small childrens. |

It is one of the finest in terms of location/Wildlife/Tropical Jungle. Its a good place for travelers having kids. Round the clock music and dance parties doesn't let one spend some moments of peace. Its a no no for solo travelers. |

acrobatic show quite good. Hotel room ok. Bad room service. No supply of towels despite numerous reminders. Have to use T-shirt to clean up body for whole day. Request kettle for boiling water (for kid) but to no avail. |

We feel cheated when staying in this hotel due to the room changes (without revised on room rate) by the hotel reception personnel. 1. The room booked are not as per required specification. We booked 6 rooms for RM400 / each. However, only 2 room are complied with the specs required . The other 4 rooms are on sharing basis (with 1 kitchen & hall) and no revised on room rate. 2. The washroom facility quality is poor, it seems that the pipe and hanger material etc are easily dismantled and the toiled bowl are blocked. |
