it's a french architectural hotel, something rare in Malaysia.

I had problems related to foods there. Not a good value for money, their restaurants' staffs, there is not much menu to choose from, etc.

The place is awesome!

Design of room i.e. family room

Breakfast i.e. Nasi Lemak & Mee Goreng are not to the mark. Other comment i have done and leave it in the room Food at L-Orient- Mee Bandung & Misao Ramen are not to the mark. Billing for extra person is RM30.43( Question: why charge extra 0.43sen) Check in at 4.00pm ( waiting 2 hours)

The animal park that gave my boys the cahnce to get close to animal. They like it very much and we went there twice.

The foods are to expensive.

Check in take such a long time. Foods & beverage quality below the average. Less facilities & no activities during night time.

Very unic design of the building, no other place in malaysia like this

Room rate extremely high compare to the standard. Same standard value only less than RM 100 at trengganu, small, less facilities. No shop open after 10:30 pm.

Please improve .... (1) The room we have is near to service room, very noisy when the worker there push the trolly in and out very loud, also walkies talkies, without care whether there is any guest in the room. (2) The sofa at the hall I think is quite dusty n have bugs...since my hubby slept on it the night then appeared many red spots at body.

The environment, design of the building

Nothing much at bukit tinggi. You can spend only half day to finish exploring the place. Very late check in..around 4.00 PM

spacious room, easy parking and access to hotel room. swimming pool is plain simple but good for kids. variety choice of food for breakfast.

wait >1 hour to get room ready. laundry too late for towels, both at room and swimming pool. limited choice of food for dinner. paid wifi.

La flamme - lovely Italian meal with lovely staff.

Extremly loud music playing in the evening. Didnt finish until after 10.30 p.m. The room was nice but not of a four star quality - there were chips in the furniture. Ant infestation across the dressing unit. Breakfast buffet style had a good selection but was mostly cold. Over priced. Definitely Not impressed. Will not stay there again.

Very nice location, at least its a place where u can expect something different.Nice accommodation and the breakfast has lots of varieties. among the best i've been to.

the superior room is more on a small side, but its quite comfortable though and we had a balcony. sad to say the food / restaurant is really expensive so make sure you had enough cash. Nothing much to do around here which it could get very boring eventually.
