Good location, lovely staff. Chalet layout was novel and very nice. Huge beds!! Insect problem in the chalet all the time and was not dealt with very well. (We were handed a can of ant spray at midnight, next morning there were insect bodies everywhere including cockroaches. Disgusting!!) |

The hotel was nice. The chalets are very beautiful and beautiful nature The weather is not suitable for a visit to langkawi right now. I stayed three days, and it was raining the whole staying with storms. Beach was closed and nothing really to do. |

Good place for staying just for one night or two but not more. The rooms were very far from the lobby and each time we have to call the shuttle to take us to the lobby. The hotel was very busy and the staff were very busy and few. It was a very nice adventure to stay in jungle and listen to birds and monkeys around and looking to the sky when it was rainnig. Please clean the room very well as I found a spider in the room and also dusts under the drawers. Also, please add more internaitonal channels to tv. There was no electricity in the room for two times and the a/c needs changing to be new and cooler. |

Excellent personal, very good spa, nice beach. Extra plus offering a shower room to use after check out if needed. The location is too far from the city if you want to do shopping. Too old furniture in rooms. |

Great location on the edge of the forest. Lovely pool area and beach with warm shallow water. The spa is excellent. Smaller rooms are very (very) dated. (The so called "Superior" rooms are wrongly named as they are the basic rooms) We had to expensively upgrade after one night, to get a room with a safe). The "Premium" chalets are very nice but very expensive. It's mostly a 2.5* hotel. |
