great beach. nice location - though a little cut off. thai restuarant was excellent. rooms were a bit tired and in need of some renovation. also not as clean as they could/should have been. distance from room to facilities was a hassle despite the free shuttle bus - but did mean rooms were well spaced out. service slow in main hotel areas though much better in chinese and thai restaurants. |

Pool and beach areas were excellent!! The superior room was basic but nice. Its really all about the nature surrounding the rooms that make it worthwhile!! |

I had high expectations, however, the room was about a 2 -star or less. I spotted a cockroah in the closet, there were ants on the floor and the entire room looked old and in need of renovation. Very disappointed. Not worth the money, though it seemed to be very popular. Someone needs to convey to this hotel that $240 a room should provide a certain standard of hygeine and comfort. Roaches, ants in the room. Curtains not dusted |

The staff were very attentative, and exceeded service expectations by a country mile, from the cleaning staff all the way to the general manager who personally greeted us and spent the time to have a chat with his guests. Fantastic service at a very nice laid back tropical paradise. We wished we could of stayed longer! No complaints whatsoever about the hotel or its staff. Our flight was at 9am, however it never clicked with staff to tell us that the airport didnt open until 7.30am. We didnt have to rush to be at the airport 2 hours before departure, but that is no biggie. That was more an airline oversight... |

(1)The vast expanse of the resort across the jungle rainforest area overlooking the ocean... excellent ambiebce and environment for a long relaxing vacation (2)Staff members were extra-helpful, cheerful and very accomodative..... (3) Beach, Pier and Pool Areas were well maintained.... Weren't crowded, despite the christmas/new yr peak season Limited menu options with all the restaurants in the resort. The food also wasn't all that great compared to other restaurants across Langkawi |

Goob beach, peaceful place. Suitable for kids. Small lizards in the room, only few sunchairs in the pool area (all occupied), long distance to shopping and other tourist areas. |

had a great stay the room was sut perfect very well done up and very neat and clean beautiful views of the water from the chalet on the water. the staff was wonderful and very very helpful . overall i highly recommend this hotel . perfect place to relax. |

It was in a good location for relaxing, & seaside. Check In & out was easy. Stuff were friendly.. Food Menu was short & buffet was cold & doesnt have much choices. far from city. it needs maintenance for thier bathrooms. |

i didnt like anything. It was the worse hotel i stayed. The staff were rude specially the resturant staff. When we were in the room some monkeys kept knoking the window and the door of the room. It didnt meet my expectation at all. very bad hotel. |

the staff were very friendly the original room they gave us was in a very bad condition .however they upgraded us after we complained there were ants all over the room .they gave us a superier room it was much more acceptable |

Good location, lovely staff. Chalet layout was novel and very nice. Huge beds!! Insect problem in the chalet all the time and was not dealt with very well. (We were handed a can of ant spray at midnight, next morning there were insect bodies everywhere including cockroaches. Disgusting!!) |
