clean quite and i like the friendly peoples

very close to nature, isolate wood house is a different experience from hotel rooms. comfortable stay. I like the feeling sitting on the balcony, watching the green trees, just relaxing.

- the date I stayed was my husband's birthday, i've asked for any service can be offered but the hotel just ignore me. - a bit far away from town - the electricity was out at my first stay. It's mid-night and hot, but it took over 3 hours to fix the problem. it's horrible. - should wait more than 15 min after call the shuttle bus.

Staff was very friendly and will do anything to make sure you have a wonderful stay. The location in the rainforest is amazing. After a few complaints about the cleaniness of our Rainforest Chalet, we were given a free upgrade to a Rainforest Studio. What a difference! Very comfortable and big room. Surely a recommendation!

The hotel was definitely not 5 star quality. The Rainforest Chalets were very small. Also our room was quite dirty. It got much better after our upgrade to the Rainforest Studio. Overall the hotel has a shabby feeling. The lobby is gorgeous, but the toilets are dirty and full of insects. The linnens have holes, the towels by the pool have them as well. The location is very unique, but if you want to explore Langkawi it's quite remote and far away from points of interest. All in all we had a nice stay (as I said, the staff is wonderful) But this hotel is quite expensive for what you'll get. If you expect it to be a 3 star quality hotel, you won't be dissapointed though!

We stayed at the family challet. We love everything about this place, from the comfort of our rooms, to the food, to the facilities and to the prompt shuttle service!

I really like it and I wish to back again for some days to enjoy this hotel.

Distance from the lobby but there was always a shuttle bus every 10min not far from from our doorstep!;)

Location and design of the resort is nice ,the staff response is excellant and the good thing it's very close to the orintal village and cable car

Feels like heaven!

Nice integration in the wildlife due to being in the rainforest, lots of animals to see. Friendly personnel Always correct billing Good organisation for everything we did Great breakfast buffet and evening buffet. Discount on breakfast and laundry due to long stay and free upgrade.

The hotel is very far

Despite the chalet nestled amidst rainforest, the room are very clean, no dead insects even in the nights, unlike many other resorts which look very clean in the day but filled with dead insects especially in the bathroom at nights.

Some of the chalets look very inconvenient ie. far from lobby and look like they are dependent on the hotel shuttle service. We didn't have this problem as our chalet is quite near the lobby

Petty charges - eg to use he internet in the business room & for water in the rooms Rooms tired - windows didn't all fit, paint peeling. Smells in bathroom. Absolutely fine - but not 5*

View of the premier seaview chalet was good. The resort has very good natural veiw. Tge food was okay compared to other local restaurants. Also not very expensive dinner buffet. Friendly staff except those in the reception help desk.

Very very hot weather and no air condition in any public places like restaurant and lobby. Alot of stairs ups and downs but this is because natural heights. Flying insects everywhere even on food and in your room. Also you can find small reptiles in your room and they don't spray antiis

View was amazing Very close to Oriental City from which you can hop on the cable car Facilities was very good. Staff was friendly

You should bring your own mosquito repellent just in case they don't provide one Insects and sometimes geckos creep into the room Location is far from everything except the Seven Wells waterfall and the Oriental City. Monkeys come inside the room if you don't lock your doors and windows

How many time you have the opportunity to sleep in a rain forest? This was an amazing experience.

Well, when sleeping in a rain forest you have to expect some insects! Lots of them. But they provide you with insecticide in case needed. You can ask your neighbor to kepp the noise down; but you can't ask mother nature to do so! While for me I adore the "sound of nature"; some people might find it hard to sleep with all the background sounds

The buffet and the Chinese restaurant meals were only average at best.

A bit pricey in terms of value for money ... Proximity if the room from the lobby ... Which means you need a buggy to transport you to and from your room to the lobby.

The resort was beautifully set in the natural habitat of the wildlife. Berajaya had thought of all possible customers they would get, they have provided with evrything for evryone. They have prayer room, games rooms, childrens day nursery type room, internet cafe, business meeting room, paddling pool for younger kids, swimming pool for the older lot, on the beach, restaurant inside aswell as on the beach, transport from the lobby to each individual room, wifi connection, evrything. They was fantastic.
