Actualy almost evrything. Shopping center, location, staff, specialy there duty manager mr. Ismael he is avery outstanding respectfull and helpfull guy. Only the cleaning of the furneture. |

The location, big room and the mall below the hotel. Yes, the brooklin sweet we had the first night was poor?the AC in the 2 bedrooms was not working only in the living room was cold and we had to sleep because we were very tired since we arrived late in the evng. I reported the problem at night but nothing happened till next day where the hotel changed the room for us? also the phone was not working and WC light was broken. |

I been staying in berjaya more then five times, I like the room size I stay and security is good. My most concern is staff they just have that difficulty to smile, since the first time I use the hotel.To smile is not a hard work and does not cost a cent or dime.There is few event staff talking about personal thing while attending to me. They should be remind of thier action as they are like actor and actress, once the briefing end to start the shift all have to be put behind. Smile. |
