Cleanliness and tower A smells

Nothing really except for the location. Taxi terminal and monorail station are very close. The room was ok but with issues described below. The hotel is clean.

Foreigners never stay in this hotel, Locals to go ok with family and kids. The rooms are extremely tired and old (need massive overhauling). Bathrooms are just ok. Only and Only book this hotel if you just need a place to stay and you could stay around thousands of locals with families and kids crying most of the times. You have to wait a long time to check in as the reception is being crowded by the locals most of the times. You could hear the cracking sound from the furniture and the doors. Ok though if you are a local and visiting with family and kids. Hotel has hidden policies which do not sync with what you receive from booking.com. Their early checkout policy is extraordinary and you'll be charged one extra night even if you want to check out early. They will always charge you one extra night. Not sure if they have any other hidden charges. I requested them to at least show me in written the policy of one extra night charge on early checkout but their duty manager kept on saying "its our hotel's policy and we do not have to do anything with what's written in the booking confirmation email". They never showed me in written the terms (with/without my signature of acceptance) They told me that their manager will call me on my cell to sort this out or email me but he never did. I had booked the hotel for 3 nights but then I moved to another hotel on the very next day even though I had to pay for one extra night for early checkout.

Very strange interent policy (1 account for room) even if you have a 2 bedroom suite desk worship their policy: policy first customer 2nd only hotel that requires key cards back (charge you if you dont) still use tube tv with limited channels limited dine in menue for a big hotel

One of the best hotels I have stayed in for value for money. Our suite was superb, the view of KL was stunning, restaurant good. It was right by a Metro station so getting around was easy and it was on top of a Mall for ease of shopping. Would highly recommend

Close to good shopping and close to the monorail. Professional staff and classy hotel. Fast checkout. Nice pool area with good view over the city. Free broadband access (not WiFi) in the room.

Cold pool and cold breakfast restaurant. No wifi in the room, but access with cable and wifi in public areas.

The elevator trigger to open the doors is nearly flushed with the door itself causing hurt to users when the door closes on them. Hotel is abit overrated. Was not of standard as of 2 years ago.

I liked every thing about this hotel, The rooms, Lobby, location, The Mall, Food. The only recommendation is to change the pictures on web, the rooms are much better than they appear in pictures available on net. I would love to stay there again.
