Location and the facilities The porters weren't helpful and selective on hotel guest. Hotel guests came in with poshy limo were greeted while hotel guest came in with budget taxi was ignored. This is the hotel with worst front line staffs of all the other hotels i've ever checked in. Front desk receptions weren't so friendly and less efficient, there are 7 counters and only two staffs were attending to guests (5.12.11, 4.00pm-4.30pm). Management staffs are well trained and polite.

Location was great , Direct access to the mall. Value of money for staying in Hotel was Excellent. The furnitures Was little bit old, there should have a Flat Screens on all rooms. for my suite was an old TV.

NoThInG everythings, staff are not profisional, when I make the booking you mention that the hotel have WiFi @ the rooms so i take only my Ipad but it did'nt work because the WiFi only @ resturant area, I orderd one more buttol of Water ( they put only 2@ the room), they transfare me to 3 diffrent ppl and each one of them say No free you have to pay 9RM I agree to pay but give me the water i have 3month baby???? Next mornning i check out canceld the booking of 5 nights cause of this Rudeness

The shopping mall is really huge with many floors and things there are cheap. There's also an indoor theme park with many fun & thrill rides. There's roller coaster too! The swimming pool is big but a bit cold. Hotel room are quite spacious especially the bathroom, with a lot of TV channels with interesting shows to watch! Hotel staff are not quite efficient for certain things and services. Otherwise it would be perfect. Swimming pool is cold, suggest they should fix a warmer in it or anything else that could make the pool water warm.

The Hotel is conveniently located and the service staff is generally very friendly.We like the breakfast as well. We only managed to get our rooms by 4pm but yet when I asked for an extended checkout at 2pm it was rejected. One day I get newspapers, another day I don'T. Your security officers need to smile a bit. My children commented that walking past them feels like going through some solitary confinement area!

Strategic location, friendly (& highly professional) staff, next to Food Court, Cold Storage, fx money changer and Theme Park. Kind of disconcerting that our view from the 26th floor window includes a large derelict prison.

The staff were friendly, helpful and always trying to give the best to its customers The elevator trigger to open the doors is nearly flushed with the door itself causing hurt to users when the door closes on them. Hotel is abit overrated. Was not of standard as of 2 years ago.

I liked every thing about this hotel, The rooms, Lobby, location, The Mall, Food. The only recommendation is to change the pictures on web, the rooms are much better than they appear in pictures available on net. I would love to stay there again.

The location of the hotel is very good , 1 min walking for monrail , the adjoing mall is also good but the pavillion mall which is one of the best mall in KL is 10 min walking distance, the staff is very friendly and the rooms are also very good.The best part is the safe location and a mall besides the hotel, also the adjoing mall is having a theme park which is very good. Onething, whenever u take a taxi take it from taki coupon adjoining starkbucks , it is very cheap and safe , donot confuse it with their limo service.

Staff were very enthusiastic. I got in early and was able to check in and go into the room early. This was appreciated. In the BIg Apple restaurant, for buffet breakfast, having omelettes made fresh in front of you was nice.
