This is the only resort of such standart on Tioman, so if you need some comfortable accomodation there - this is the right choice. We reserved on booking.com the option without breakfast, but we ended up having it included in the price when we got there. Generally nice location, nice beach, good breakfast. I liked this 'colonial style' of the resort. The place is quite old and you can feel it, they need to maintain it better. |

The room given to us was good. Some of the staffs are good but some of them are very rude and dont have manners to speak to customers which we felt bad. Some point I really wondered how did they get 4* rating. Some of the staffs and the restaurant. |

Nice clean beach, clear water many restaurants closed so choice for food was very limited. bars very disorganized. check in and check out took way too long |

Diving and Relax Only pay with Creditcard, Berjaya airport did not work good, with this we and others had a lot of discomfert for us this problem was not beeing taken care of and costed us a lot of time and money! |

The location of the resort is very nice, near beach. Superior rooms were also near the beach and could see the ocean from your balcony. The rooms are in the need of renovation as furniture is very old and bathroom as well. The food is ok in the resort, little bit pricy compared to the normal prices in Malaysia. The rooms need renovation. |

Nice beach , very relaxing Check-in was a mess , we aarrived by plane at 15:30 , and the room was only available at 16:30 , and this with the intervention of the resort manager |

We liked the proximity to good snorkelling, local eating places and village. The pool area is lovely and the pool bar. The staff were always very friendly especially around the pool. Games room very smoky. Cockroaches in bathroom. |

I would say the community of guest well behaved and the hotel staff's approach was also accomodative. Dinning was excellent - caters to special requests -right through the kitchen! Detailing the relevant info on sporting activities interms of the places, safety etc may have to improve. Felt little less informed about...that brought me to dislikes zone. |

Nice beach view Rooms were not as reflected on website, only 2 out of 8 resturants were open and unable to go on trips the hotel organised as not peak season, this was not said when booking. |

ホテルスタッフの対応がすばらしかった。空港/港から離れているが、随時送迎を出しているので特に不便もな- く、リゾートに滞在してのんびりするには良いと思います。 ちなみに、ウェルカムドリンクと朝食付きでした。 ミスなのかもしれないが、部屋に水、歯ブラシの設備がなかった。スィートの部屋なのに？？ |

non e' di certo una struttura a livello di sheraton pero' tenendo conto che si trova su un'isola della malaysia che tra l'altro e' una riserva marina non indifferente penso sia il top per il luogo........si paga per il mare e per la natura non per il berjaia......se uno vuole vedere tioman questo e' il meglio almeno rifare le doccie,evitare che il torrente di acqua dolce di fianco al resort venga usato come fognatura a cielo aperto in una riserva marina |

Bezpatny transfer z położonego 1,5 od hotelu lotniska, doskonała kuchnia, rewelacyjna plaża. Dla miłośników nurkowania - rafy tuż przy brzegu, niesamowita, dzika przyroda. Podstawowe domki nie są wyposażone w sejf. |

l'environnement, le cadre, les multiples possibilités pour s'occuper.la plage est très belle et bons spots de snorkelling pas très loin. Chambre Superior : Les chambres ne sont pas du tout du niveau du reste du resort. L'extérieur est correct mais l'intérieur est vieillot, la peinture est jaunie, les prises électriques à moitié cassée. La salle de bains est vraiment réduite au strict mimimum, la douche digne d'un internat. Pas de peignoir, de chaussons, de brosse à dents de dentifrice. |

Henkilökunta avulias ja erittäin ystävällinen, vaikka alkuun kohteliaan pidättyväistä, joten huomio myös oma asenteesi. Lomamajani (superior) viihtyisä, lähellä rantaa. Erittäin siisti alue, kuten myös ranta-alue. Golfin harrastajille upeat kentät. Mutta aito Tioman on hotellialueen ulkopuolella, joten liikkuminen kylissä ja "viidakossa" kannattaa. Hiljainen kausi - suurin osa ravintoloista suljettu, sekä rajoitettu retkien toteuttaminen. Uima-allas alueella mahdoton saada aurinkotuolia, koska monet varaavat ne ja itse ovat jossain muualla. Ravintolabuffeet yllättävän kalliita. |
