房间设施陈旧，隔音不太好。枕头太硬了。

A good service, nice beech, and got upgraded to see view for free.

Food wasn't so good. Quality of sweet table ( desserts) was bad, too chemical. Old furniture in the rooms. And overall hotel is tired, I would say this hotel is more of a 3 star level. We liked only location and service( very friendly)

Beautiful island and the Resort is by the beach.

The resort is on a long beach which is too wide and spread out, not cozy and not personalized.

It is not 4*; room price far too high for quality. Nothing to do in the neighbourhood; village has not attractive.

Diving instructor Francis is really good. 2. entertainment room is fun. 3. indian restaurant very good ambiance n food n price. 4. international restaurant has good mayonaise. 5. easy n efficient airport pickup n dropoff.

1. Chinese restaurant poor. 2. room and bathroom are ok and clean but definitely not 4 stars. 3. swimming pool closes already 7pm and must hand in towels. 4. snorkeling site is a little shallow. 5. milky water while diving. we heard best season is march-april actually.

Not helpful personal, extra slow check-in, breakfast not worthy, beach not usable for swimming... so completely worst hotel ever... not resort at all !!!

Basic design of the Resort reminds of a village with lots of greenery. The Calmness is worth experiencing and undoubtedly a destination for relaxation .

The Resort should have flexible checkin/Checkout timings. The ferry service to the island is very poor and doesn't coincide with your checkin/checkout times.

We went for a family wedding and were looked after fabuously by all the staff but especially Mr Joe who ensured that our daughter had the beach wedding she had dreamt of. The rooms were a little "tired" & could do with some updating but the food, staff & surroundings were wonderful.

Since it's a resort, everything is available there - not really any great need to leave the place. Rooms are nice, pool is good, the available activities (snorkeling, diving, jungle hikes, etc) suited me and my wife well, and if you can't put down the phone/ipad/computer, there's free wifi available in most public areas. We got very well taken care of by the staff.

The food is not great (with the exception of the desserts) - you will get better food at much better prices by walking along the road towards Tekek, and choosing one of the local seefood bbq places. Also, the beach just outside the resort is not the best beach by far. Much better to walk south, past the jetty, or even continue trekking a bit towards Paya beach for better sand, clearer water, and better snorkeling

The beach is very beautiful and the chalets are cozy

The personnel is very rude and don't speak a good English prices at the market inside are not reasonable (a bottle of water for 8 ring!)

Our family of 3 adult sons and their respective girlfriends all spent 4 days at Berjaya Resort on Tioman Island. It was wonderful. Our rooms were very comfortable. Even though we did not have an ocean view, we were just a couple minute walk from the beach. Everything was very conveniently located. We found the staff throughout the resort to be very friendly and helpful. We purchased and island snorkeling tour package for a half day and had a wonderful time with our tour leader helping us find turtles and sharks, taking underwater pictures. The restaurant staff was very friendly and kind, really making us feel very special. We enjoyed the food very much. The whole experience was truly excellent.

I have no complaints but a few suggestions. I wonder if the game room could stay open a bit later. I also wonder if a small broom could be placed in each room. Housekeeping did a nice job of cleaning the rooms but it still is easy to track in sand throughout the day. A few times I just wanted to give the room a quick sweep. Is there a way to have ice available in the store? The freezer is our room refrigerator was not cold enough to make ice.

This hotel is very nice. A bus picked us up at the ferry and brought us to the hotel for check in. Luggage were brought to the room. The standard chalets are individual, very clean and spacious. There are several restaurants which gives you plenty of choice to eat different type of food. You can eat at all times of the day as well. The breakfast buffet is amazing. Many activities are proposed by the hotel (jungle trek, snorkeling, fishing, etc) at fair prices. The beach is nice and clean. The main pool is also very nice and has a pool-bar! I would recommend this hotel 100%.
