The front desk and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is clean. It's close to Town.

The room is small and it's slightly over priced. It's too far from the beach. The bed does not have a top sheet, the blanket itches. It's too close to the mosque and it's noisy

This is a basic hotel with a small room and bathroom, and the price reflects that. It was however very clean - more so than many places I've stayed in Asia. The hotel is very convenient for the ferry, being about a 5 minute walk.

The room was not soundproof at all so I could hear people coming and going at all hours, plus being in the town the call to prayer was very loud. The main beaches and restaurants are on the other side of the island so a vehicle or taxi is needed.

Although it is not close to the beach, this hotel is 5 minutes walk to the Pangkor town center where there are restaurants, mini marts and etc. There is a seafood restaurant right next door and open late til around 10pm. A mini-mart and a clinic also next doors also. Motorcycle and Bike rentals are also available next doors. This is a very modern hotel with very clean bathroom and clean bedroom. Staff are friendly.

This is truly a no frill hotel. It would have been nice if they could provide a few basic tea bags and/or instant coffee in the room and charge a little more or even offer them for a small fee at the front desk. Stairs are a little steep and no elevator or escalator. If you have weak knees, this place may not be for you. On the other hand, if your knees are normal, then no problem. There are only two channels for the TV in the room: One is Malaysia TV3 and the other one plays Hollywood hits continuously 24 x 7.

Location of the hotel coz it’s convenience. The room is clean and comfortable for a small family

Housekeeping staff wearing short pant to entertaint guess. No proper uniform or dressing.Doesn’t matter if their employees are foreigners but must behave professional as a hotel staff

The hotel is about five minutes walk to the jetty and souvenir shops.

The hotel is about 3km from the nearest beach (Pasir Bogak). Thus to get there, we need to either walk for abt 30 min or take the taxi at rm10 per trip. The taxi trip to Teluk Nipah is even more at rm20 as it is abt 6km away from the hotel. There is no internet access from my room on the second floor as the router did not seem to be connected. To use the internet, I had to go to the hotel lobby. As the hotel is located in the town, there is no view at all. The hotel did not provide any kettle in the room. To get any hot or cold water, I need to go the first floor each time I need hot or cold water. There is no satelite TV channels - only three channels on the TV however only one channel is available as the reception is very poor. The choice of halal food available around the hotel is very limited. To get more choices, we need to go to Teluk Nipah. For those of you who are looking for a place near the beach, have weak knees and legs as well as a need for halal food, this is not a suitable hotel for you.
