Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

We arrived into the hotel about a quater to two in the afternoon; when we get into hotel resturant it was already 2.20pm, still staff prepared special launch for us though it was closing time for them. good people. |

I don't really spent much time in the hotel as my conference schedule was rather packed. Yes. The hotel room that i stayed was well equipped There's a praying mat, sarong cloth for male & female and iron (with ironing board). The first 2 items I seldom see in other established hotel. |

I found the Breakfast to be excellent and the food very good value. The reception staff very good, and the room nice, and clean. The swimming pool is unsuitable for children all the same depth. Bathroom needs upgrading and toilet leaking although reported nothing done. |

The room set up is very nice,romanting feeling and every thing in the right place,well done !I liked it breakfast not what I call continential,but it was good. I am not a breakfast person but if I had a choise of a bit of ham and few difrent type of cheese to go with thoast, to me it would have been perfect,but over all if you are a breakfast person there was enough to satisfy you |

The service is excellent and the location is okay. The hotel is rate 3star,,Air-condition is not that coldl,the water pressure is very low.and the room /bathroom condition is average.also the internet is not working. |

All staff were pleasant and the Tapai Lounge served excellent food. Breakfast in the Oriental Lounge was varied and very acceptable. It was a bit dated and badly in need of refurbishment, especially paintwork. |

Staff in general very friendly. Facilities like fitness room, swimmingpool and free internet access most welcome. Breakfast could be better. I expect better bread and variety options included in a "continental" breakfast. Location not the best, had to pass a heavy traficked motorway to get into the city center by foot. When requesting to check out earlier than planned, the reception staff were not flexible and told me to request booking.com. Reply came to late and I was charged 2 nights being out. |
