Lokasi hotel berdekatan dengan bandar kota kinabalu dan pekan kinarut serta pekan papar. Bilik mempunyai berenda untuk berehat sambil melihat pemandangan sekitar. Staf yang bertugas di kaunter waktu siang tidak mesra pelanggan, TV yang kecil, comfort yang kurang selesa, paip singki yang hampir rosak, kolam renang khas untuk kanak-kanak yang kotor dan kolam renang untuk dewasa terdapat katak mati yang tidak dibersihkan.

有大片自然的海滩，虽然不适合游泳；沿海滩可以漫步很远，退潮时甚至可以走到自然状态的红树林里面去。 房间太糟糕，极端简陋；早餐根本没吃的，就炒饭、炒面、吐司面包片；午餐和晚餐只能点餐，味道一般，做工比- 较粗放；交通很远，包车进城60马币一趟，入住就只能呆在那里。 适合自驾车去入住。
