The hotel is connected to the Mid Valley Shopping Centre and Gardens Mall (Red Box KTV!) which makes it really convenient. But the location is pretty far from city centre and recommended for people who have friends fetching them around. The bathroom is well equipped with toothbrush, toothpaste, shaving kit, sewing kit, shower cap, shower gel and shampoo. Could be better if there's hair conditioner and body lotion. |

It's located in a shopping center with plenty of cafes, pubs, restaurants.......... and there's a cinema as well............. you can spend an entire day inside it............. parking is a bit of a problem, this hotel should at least allocate some parking spaces for their guests, so that guests don't have to drive too far away or too many levels of carparks to get parking space.......... do it just like Cititel Hotel, which is next to it, and they have their own reserved carparks which can directly connect to lobby............. |

Excellent place 2:00p.m is the check in time, however the room was not ready. 3:30p.m we got a room, but the room was half way cleaning. A lady staff very kind to help us to move to other room. |

Convenience of access to Mid Valley megamall Sanitary wares eg toilet roll holder already loosen and not fixed up causing toilet roll to fall everytime it is pulled out. I have been staying for 4 nights but this problem is not addressed by the hotel. Slippery floors. Carparking is a big problem as the hotel shares its parking bays with shoppers. |

The room was well appointed. Room was fairly good sized. Had a room safe deposit box big enough to fit my laptop in, which was a plus point. Had hair dryer, ironing board, iron, fridge etc. Had a strictly non-smoking room as requested, which was nice. Shower was nice as they had both mobile shower head plus a fixed shower head from which to choose from. All in all, a pretty good 3 nights stay. The shower area is not properly confined and as such during shower, its easy to wet other parts of the bathroom. Parking was shared with Mid Valley shopping mall and as such, a bit difficult to find parking during peak shopping times. I preferred to give car to hotel valet for parking at flat rate of RM10 per day (multiple entries included in this rate). |
