Value for money hotel! The location is perfect and the price is affordable. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. It's a one stop shop hotel with everything we need at our feet. Taxis are available anytime at the doorstep. Bedroom size is perfect and the bed is comfortable. Shopping galore, cafes, restaurants etc with a great choice of hawker food - a yummy place to be! Hardly anything to complain about. Love this hotel!

I have been staying in this hotel for a couple of times. Its a good place to stay and very clean, although, the furniture looks old. I stayed at the 11th floor. The service is good and room is clean. Breakfast is great with a variety of food. Location is good , for the Megamall have great shops for a choice.

Good sized and equipped gym and pool. First room was right under the air conditioning fans on the roof and little sleep was managed. The room was changed but during the whole 9 nights was never setup for two people even though it was clearly booked for two. Everyone within the group complained their bed was unreasonable hard which resulted in back aches. We tried to address this by asking for a topper. The hotel did not know what this was and eventually supplied two very thin 'comforters' that were used instead. This did help. The hotel Spa was very seedy no one in the group felt comfortable going there.

The hotel is clean and presentable. The staff are polite and pleasant. The only setback is there is no dedicated car park in this hotel. If cars are to park at Mid Valley mall, then the hotel should give complimentary car park to hotel guests rather than have guests pay RM5 to exit. Although the cost is not a lot but complimentary car park for guests goes a long way to customer retention. Also if hotel can arrange the car park tickets to be validated for guests would be good rather than guests have to go and validate it at the counters located at P1 before exiting.

Good location with friendly lobby staff and prompt service. Wifii was a bit slow but adequate as a free service. Room had great beds however tea making facilities would be a great addition. Good value for money. Location and shopping mall is unbeatable I feel! Room could be a bit warmer looking with minimal effort. Minimalist at present.

Very convenient esp with young kids as the hotel is within the midvalley shopping mall, where all that are required are within easy reach, ie, one stop for everythings. Good ambients, safe.. We've stayed at the hotel several times these past few years and the last stay was a bit disappointing..this was due to the lateness of giving us the rooms we requested. Was informed on arrival (around 1pm) that the rooms were not ready. The rooms were only readied after 2:30pm and even that only one of the two rooms were made available. The adjoining room was made ready an hour after that.

I asked triple room, rate is 287 something but charge 380 something also charge extra bad another 80 more, 2. asked none smoking gave smoking one, the room smell very bad 3. now a days internet is like water and electricity it should be included in the room rent, 4. most of the time the key card did not work, it was treble. Your housekeeping staff was excellent. My mum was wheelchair bound and had difficulty taking a shower without seating down. I requested for non slip mats for the shower box and a plastic stool for my mum to use in the shower from your housekeeping. I was expecting to receive a negative reply but to my surprise, the lady came back with both items! I was so grateful to her for that. I would like to thank the lady again but unfortunately I did not ask her for her name that day. She was a young, Chinese lady. If you ever find out who she is, please thank her again for me. Because of her, I will certainly stay at Boulevard again next time I visit KL! A little bit costly in terms of price.
