Nearest to shopping mall I book for connecting room, one room is ready,but the other room need to wait for 45 minutes,when check with operator, then only pass us the room, quite bad is the room haven't been clean up yet, luckly we have one room for us to rest to wait until it ready. |

no parking lots available, only one-off reimbursement for parkng fees was given. the hotel should offer reimbursement for each entry to the parking area to in house guest. |

The room, the staff, the facilities, the fact that it has a mall attached to it, the breakfast spread...everything! But just to highlight that the gym closes at 6pm daily. If i have to say anything, it would be the check-out queue. I had to wait for a good while before being served because there were just 2 personnel at the counter. But when i got served, it was with smiles and politeness! So not much complaint there, but if they could improve this, everything would be just perfect! |
