Good location and good view! The room was fairly clean, comfortable and functional. Buffet breakfast had good rice and reasonable selection. :) We enjoyed our stay, it was all comfortable and mostly fair value for money. We did get very sick that night, 8 to 10 hours after breakfast, but of course we can't be sure of the cause. No bugs appeared in our room but there was the odd small cockroach in the dining room. (Having dinner the previous evening in the same 17th-floor poolside-side eatery was enjoyable, but being charged 5rm for an extra plate of plain rice took the edge off the otherwise good value.) |

I enjoyed the restaurant services very well, both the staff and menu. despite verification of my credit card, I was asked to settle my bill in cash and I had to find to ATM nearby. |

The only nice thing was the view from my room. You could see the Petronas Towers and KL Tower. But I am sure there are many other hotels with similar or even better view. Staff was not too friendly and efficient. Room quality was very poor, and overall, the hotel needs urgent renovation. The location was not exceptional either - there was one small market close by which made the streets far too crowded, polluted and smelly. |

Its surounding of hawker fares & cheap food. Near to a monorail station - a cheaper travelling mode to major shopping complexes. Dim Lights. Poor lightings in the room |
