The rooms are small but clean with the bare necessities. If you're just here for a quick stopover or just need a place to lie down after exploring the environs of Kuantan, this is a good enough stop and its central location right in the middle of Kuantan city makes it very convenient. The owner and the staff are friendly and helpful though and the two cats are a welcome addition. Bathroom basins could use a better drainage system instead of draining directly into the bathroom floor. The tv sets could also be better set to avoid acrobatics while trying to catch the news. Otherwise, I'm satisfied overall with my experience.

Worth the money and overall excellent. We stayed in deluxe rooms for 4 people for only RM 130 per night :) Keep up the good service. 1) Drawback our room is beside the main road so quite noisy with traffic noise. 2) They could look into improving the water pressure from the hot shower. 3) Offer mineral water for purchase.

hotel ini tidak mempunyai ciri-ciri sebagaimana diiklankan. kemudahan aircond rosak hingga pelanggan menginap dalam keadaan berpeluh sekeluarga. anak kecil kami berusia 2 tahun menangis tidak selesa tidur. kami diberitahu tiada maintenance untuk membaikinya. kami keluar dengan hampa setelah membayar RM120/day. apakah wajar kami menuntut semua kos kerugian kami setelah pulang ke Johor.

Bathroom is not maintained to basic standard. Shampoo dispenser not working and they used drinking bottle to fill the shampoo! Cats as pet loitering at front counter and staircase.

The staff is friendly and helpful , loves the cats , the rooms are ok , beds are clean. My teenage children can't get wifi connection in the room so they have to go out to the reception to get connection .

Staff called us up to confirm our reservation and held our room until we checked in. We only checked in at around 11.00 p.m after having our dinner with some friends. There were stains on the bedsheet.
