The room really dirty and so the bed. The room was also really hot and the toilet are broken.
Location is perfect for everything
Rundown condition, bed bugs farming' they are everywhere disgusting! Wifi is always on n off Shower was broken Air conditioning no temp control It uses to be my favorite place before it change owners, now it's just a sad place
Great location, wifi is decent and the cleanliness is good
Bit expensive for what you get, walls are thin so you can hear staff in the night when trying to sleep
Location quite good and price was good.
Only one sink in the bathroom, constantly blocked and full of dirty water to the top, quite horrible really. No toilet paper for most of the time. Basic breakfast (do it yourself toast and coffee) quite a lot of ants around.
We found bed bugs in our beds so we almost didn't sleep at all. Also the airconditioning was too cool and we couldn't change the temperature and one of the 2 showers didn't have warm water. I didn't even try to have breakfast....disgusted!
Quiet hostel, room to myself.
Horrible showers. Terrible wifi - hardly any.
location was great (close to restaurants, shared taxi stop) Although we stayed next to reception we found it very quiet. Very clean rooms. Nice and bright living room area (glassed winter garden style)
Wifi connection inconsistent and at times very slow. Price for private room with shared bathroom excessive (75 RM) Kitchen and living room area at times dirty and with ants.
I stayed here twice the nights before I flew from KK airport. Staff were helpful in booking taxis to the airport for me. The location is good- on a strip of hostels nicknamed Australia place. El centro is a really good and cheap place to eat/drink round the corner. No lockers but it felt pretty safe. Everyone in my 6 person dorm was friendly- most of us spent the evening together.
I saw a rat in the communal area. The ensuite off the double bedroom had definitively seen better days. The shared bathrooms were actually nicer.
The personel was a bad experience. The young Boys were arrogante and desrespectfull and made fun of me behind my back, and not in the good way. The lady was lazy, and nobody wanted to pick the dead cockroach up that has been there for hours.
Nice room but just a shower on, no wc and lavabo. No noise.
They have everything you need , wifi, computer, common room, breakfast and nice roommate :)
Excelent location the hostel as been renewed we stay in a room with a shower cabin which as been great. The room was spacious and very clean. Bottom line an excelent proposal
The location was good and the pillows were quite comfortable.
We got an "upgrade" to a room with a "private bathroom" instead of a shared one. It was a transparent shower in a corner. That's all. We were two friends, not a couple, so it felt a bit weird. The blanket was shorter than the bed, which was also annoying. The staff was not very friendly, and the room was next to the reception, we could hear everything. I would definitely not recommend this place.
location is nice. staff are friendly.
bed sheets and carpet seemed not so clean. also got bed bugs. :(
staff are nice and helpful eggs for breakfast
run down shower
