Located in Brinchang, Cameron Highlands, Hotel Wira D' Awan is a 5-minute walk from the night market and a 10-minute walk from Sam Po Temple.

Decent location, though in retrospect I might have opted to stay in brinchang over tanah rata (seems to have more restaurants). It's easily walkable to the "town center." They also had someone at the bus station to pick us up, though it seemed like the sketchiest possible situation, with two men driving a rickety unmarked van.
We had one outlet in our room and it didn't work. When we noted this to the front desk, she said we would just have to sit in the (not so comfortable) common area, where there were still only two outlets right next to each other for everyone to use. Our room also had very bad wifi reception, and it didn't even work half the time when we were literally next to the router in the common space.
nice place, quiet, suitable to relaxing
the tv room should be free at all time, there is a time that my family and i were forced out by the staff while we were watching tv.he said that he want to sleep inside the room.so, the tv room should be renamed staff room.
The breakfast and terrace The scones The bathroom is clean
The rooms are very basic
just the location. it's strategically located near tanah rata town
can you imagine a bathroom with no water heater in cameron highlands? and the room is simply too small for our liking
Great location, comfy bed, hot water, wifi available. You can do your laundry. You can also find several trekking maps and stuff can help you to choose the best one.
Nothing really. All was Great
the location was good it had a beautiful garden to seat and relax.
the room didn't have any electricity plug in. there was construction and it was noisy.
The colourful of duvet and the big space of my room and just pay 120 nett. have bathtub..
Clean room, helpful staff, awesome scones. Great, peaceful stray with no issues - would definitely return.
WiFi only in common areas; limited breakfast (you can do a bit better in town at the Indian places).
We booked a double room with a shared bathroom and it was absolutely perfect, our room was super clean, spacious and had a really comfortable bed. The shared bathroom was spotless and both showers had amazing pressure, the cleaners were always in the bathrooms cleaning and mopping, I never saw it dirty. The area is beautiful and quiet, it makes for a really relaxing stay and even though we stayed here when it was fully booked we always had a peaceful and undisturbed sleep. I would highly recommend Cameronian Inn to anyone travelling to Tanah Rata if you are looking for a quiet, comfortable stay on a budget.
Nothing, we loved our stay and will be back!
Clean room & bathroom pretty garden ,free wifi zone Confortable bed
the price (it's not expensive but a little bit moore than other gest house)
Size of he rooms
No wifi in room. But it was nice to sit in the common area and surf the net on the wifi.
I liked the garden, and it was a quiet place to relax
The rooms were reasonable but the bed sheets, quilt were old and torn too. and was smelling. I would recommend if the hotel management can change. And also a warm welcome at least a SMILE a staff should give. I felt like only money is the first priority.
Very near to bus station. The view around the hotel is so pleasant. Markets are too near to buy something.Food Restaurants are also near. Money changer is also available near to it. You may buy bus tickets from the hotel. Another good point is that the touring bus can pick you at the gate of hotel for your next destination.
The Staff is not so friendly. Washrooms are not so commodious.
staff price comfort
Great instructions as to jungle tracks, prompt serving of breakfast
Policy of not changing sheets or cleaning the rooms the first 6 days. No bottled water. Expect to pay for both hot and cold drinking water.
Not much really
This a very basic back packers .iwould not have booked if the description was genuine .2 pieces of toast is not a free breakfast and the room smelt mouldy ,and people partying untill 1 3/0 Not value for money
Beautiful surroundings. Beautiful landscape. Very peaceful.
Lack of staff.
Top location and the manager/owner is very nice and helpfull. He knows everything about The Cameron Highlands.
the environment.the garden.
parking space is limited.guest have to double-parked their car.
Simple, feels like home concept..good for those backpackers and for short stay..impressed with the cleanliness..
Not easy to find the place unless you're familiar with the place..should place signage to get to the place..
didn't have wifi in the room
if guest stay more than 1 night they should cleanup the dustbin at the room.there is no soap or shampoo suppose they should prepare it.
No space to muslim do solat.
Dog in receptionist
Quiet place (outside) close to the city. Nice terrasse.
Extremely noisy inside the hotel, even if clients are quiet. Bed absolutely not comfortable and very old. Staff mostly interested to take the money for the night than to give advice and to welcome correctly the customer. Need to pay for paper toilets and towels. Very poor breakfast, need to pay extra for more food. A lot of regulation inside the hotel (like a prison...). After 2 months in several Asian country with booking.com reservations, probably the worst hotel we got.
The garden and breakfast are very nice. Water heater working perfectly
