Just a short walk away is Sungei Wang Plaza Shopping Centre and BB Plaza Shopping Mall and the nearby Batik Malaysia Berhad Retail outlet - a must for fine Malaysian Batik. Further along is Bintang Walk, Lot 10, KL Plaza with Planet Hollywood and Starhill, with the Louis Vuitton mega store.

It's exactly as advertised, fair value, good location for shopping including electronics, nice view overlooking the twin towers too. unusual in Malaysia that breakfast is not included in the rate. |

The hotel location in the middle of bukit bintang that i feel convenient for me. The hotel room service make a lot of noise during the next day morning especially when closing the door. This cause me can not rest properly in the morning. |

Bellboy was quick and friendly. Location was excellent. Shower was spacious and I liked the shower head. One-stop telephone calls. Comforting air-conditioning in room. Hot water was not hot at all. Not enough tv channels to watch. No hair conditioner. Only one bath towel for each guest. No window in room to vent out cigarette smoke. Carpet was dirty. |

Please write at least 15 words we like the room design is good, location is great and hotel price is reasonably low Be careful with the staff in the lobby who find and negotiate taxis with high price ..when we obtained taxi by our own, later on the taxi driver revised the price, we suspect this man quote fees..annoying.. |

I like the location especially it is very near to shopping centre and very easy to find food even at the middle of the night. Moreover the room is clean and tidy. The front desk are friendly and we do not have to wait longer for check-in or out. During night time you can hear the live band and sound of the cars but anyway those sound did not disturb my sleep at all. |

I booked the hotel through on-line and put remarks for our late check-in which is after 12 midnight. However, during our late check-in, the receptionist informed us that our hotel booking was cancelled due to no confirmation after 6pm of which i also didnt give a called and treat the booking as confirmed. Luckily there are still vacant room of which my family, my parents, my 2 children and my self can stay there that night. Actually m very disappointed that the hotel should call me for confirmation instead of m the one to call the hotel. I would like to suggest for the hotel to improve on on-line booking. |

Location of hotel was very convenient and is accessible by taxis, monorail and buses. Was not able to get a connecting room and has to stay apart from family members. Room next door was noisy and unable to sleep. |

I personally think the location of Hotel Capitol is really ideal since it is located in the heart of Singapore. Furthermore, the hotel rate is really reasonable taking into account its ideal location and comfortable rooms. Last but not least, the hotel staff are really friendly especially the bellboy. There were drilling activities going on till around 2am throughout our stay, which is the only bad side. However, we do understand that it is not the hotel's fault. |

The location is excellent. The rooms are small but very clean and well appointed. We had three rooms and found the toilets did not flush correctly, with 1 constantly running and one not working at all. |
