No maintenance at all! It is a quite new hotel as I remember that my first experience staying in Celyn Hotel is good...but now..oh my goodness! First, fridge was broken...2）, There is a crack on the wall, no joking I am serious!!! 3）Slow water flowing, you have to wait 5-10 minutes to get rid of the water (basin + shower room) 4) poor air quality, full of smoke smell at corridor outside of the room. Anyhow, my room is non-smoking room~ ==" Bad experience at all~ Won't go back again

Central to everything on the spot even restuarants,coffee shop and shopping mall. Great! A few things needed repair such as hair dryer plug in didn't work. The carpet on floor also need a throught wash with deodrant added, leaking outside shower area to the floor. Another thing to wash the mild dew around the sink, ventilation areas and shower with chrlorine to look fresh and white.Overall it is excellent location and throw in real flowers(small) to give a welcome home or fruits. Just fresh and inviting to customer with a smile!

The hotel staff friendly, but the arrangement for my twin bed unfortunately the bed side lamp knock my hubby head the glass lamp broken. Luckily my hubby head hasn't injured. And when heavy rain I can see the little cockroach on the carpet.

just good for family vacation which good shopping mall around but prices should be adjusted more cheaper based on the size of rooms and other services. breadfast foos should be improved at many range of western & asian food to attact travellors.

A simple stayover with nothing much to expect. It is clean due to the fact it is a rather new hotel. Very much basic and little in terms of overall, the room is clean. Will only recommend if friends need a place to sleep. No entertainment. Tv is very basic and little to watch and even newspapers is very much restricted. Breakfast- can give that a miss anytime. The place is dead after 9.30pm and only entertainment is sleep.
