This hotel staff is very bed SYSTEM IS BED TAKING NOT RIGHT PAYMENT SYSTEM IS ALSO VERY BED HOTEL FIRST 1 DAYS CHARGE CUT MY CARD AND CHECK IN TIME ALSO CUT TWO DAY CHARGE ONE DAY CHARGE NOT CREDIT MY CARD SO MANEGA YOU THANKS T.M.BHAWAD

I stayed 2 times in the same room. One time with Air Con one time with Fan.It was cheaper and much better with fan as it was not cold. I will not recommend the hotel because of the Air Con system, which is very much too strong and not regulable individually, but I will definitively recommend it if there are FAN rooms available.

the TV is very small

We chose this hotel for its proximity to Han Travel's offices for the next stage of our trip. It was right in the middle of the Night Market and close to shops and eateries.

We booked a deluxe room which overlooked the actual market. Despite closed windows and ear plugs, my husband was unable to sleep that night due to loud noises from the market being dismantled and then from hearing motobikes or scooters with large exhausts. We asked to change our room and the second night was better/quieter.

It is in a very good location, in the midle of chinatown which mke it easy for shopping and dining on budget at the food stalls.

Because it is in the middle of chinatown it can also be a bit too chaotic and rather difficult to find the hotel in the crowd and confusion of the market!

- good central location in china town and access to all kind of transportation within walking distance - good value for money - simple but clean rooms - good and silent AC - not too noisy even though night market until 1am

- pics look more fancy than it actually is, but overall totally fair

The room was very tidy, we've got the one without the window but it was ok, quite (which we need that time). Was clean and tidy. Situated in the middle of Peteling street and close to train station. I can really recoment it. The price was budget and the facilities much more then usual bugded.

Good value for money

the location is strategies , is in the china town near with central market and other location.

The staff was very very rude not friendly at all.i booked a double bedpiad bor double bed as we were on honey moon and they just gave us 2 single beds really not fair at all.i will never go back there in my life.

The Staff was friendly. The location was good, and the price was right.

Great location right in China Town easy access to everything, good price and good clean comfortable rooms

The only down side is a small one and that is we would have liked two extra pillows as we are used to sleeping with two pillows

Loved the location, very helpful staff and nice clean rooms. Just don't arrive after about 3pm as street is closed for markets and u have to walk some distance with your luggage. Otherwise fantastic .
