Bon qualité prix. Pour ce prix, n'attendez pas d'un hotel de luxe. Mais l'essentiel est là. Situation geographique excellente. La propreté est moyenne. La chambre est un peu bruyante. |

locality We have terrible windowless A/C room (number 313). It was extremely cold, no possibility to control A/C. We complained to staff they said they were fully booked and no helped. So if you want spend one or more night in a prison cell you should choose this "hotel". |

It was centrally located, very busy neighbourhood, lots of people around at all times. Although central location was yet very hard to find, because of the streat and the entrance is blocked with all the fake designers vendors. And on the way to hotel (not in the hotel) saw a huge amount of rats in one view. Dreamt of them all night even though hotelroom was really clean. |

Excellent location, cheap, clean, basic. Staff were friendly and helpful. We flew into KL LCCT and got shuttle bus to Sentral then taxi to hotel which cost 25 Ringits. Outside Hotel is market be prepared to haggle for bargains. Across from hotel is an alleyway where butchers work cutting and selling meat, be prepared to turn vegatarian whilst you are there. Hotel was good value and we would stay there again. |

the hotel was difficult to find - especially when arriving at night as petaling street disappears when the market stalls go up. Not all taxi drivers are aware of the hotels location. |

its not a bad hotel for few days to spend in the town, specially when you need only spend night- since when you have less time to spend in the hotel. actually i travalled with my 1 and half year daughter - if they had heater inside (spending around 1$ in Malaysia) the room it would give us great help to prepare milk. But they had dispenser in the 1st floor. |

The hotel was well located and really rather charming. The room was acceptable and ok for the price in a city centre. The bed was clean, the shower, air con and tv all worked ok. No problems. A bit hard to find and tucked away behind the stalls, but all that was part of its' charm! |

Easy to find, easy access via the LRT, godd friendly staff and good value. It was noisy from the street but we were expecting that and after a tiring flight from the UK it did not stop us from sleeping. |

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and were keen to provide any help in giving directions. The hotel was well situated in Chinatown and near to Pasar Seni train station. There are many attractions within walking distance of the hotel. A good place to stay for the price and from what I have read and seen, better than all the hotels in this price range in the area. There was quite a lot of noise on a night, with guests coming in late and making lots of noise in the corridors. Not really the hotel's fault, more guests not having concern for other guests. However, when we arrived, there was a small tear in the bed sheet and the sheets weren't changed until day three of our visit.Other than that, the room was small but good. |

helpful indian staff directly us to the nearest reliable doctor. The room was well kept, clean and comfortable with a spanking new toilet to boot. Location is in the very heart of KL's Chinatown. the whole hotel reeks of smoke. I had opted for a non-smoke room but it still reeks a little. Internet is not free, even using the toilet (no toilet paper provided, no soap) had to pay a fee to use at the lobby. The chinese staff was noticeable not so friendly to Asians and very friendly to Caucasians. |

Good clean rooms, clean bathroom. Nice staff. Great location (hard to get much better in KL in my opinion). Great value for the money. Our economy fan-room was perfect but during the weekend they charge us 20 MYR extra which is fine, but then they turned on the AC, which was not possible to control either from the room nor the reception which basicly made the room very cold. (So we actually liked it better before the upgrade). Renting a DVD player was nice, but the price of 30 MYR per night was ridiculous compared to what everything costs. But hey, we still paid for the DVD so i guess they can have those prices :) |
