The staff are friendly, helpful and honest. he hotel was very accessible to important places and shopping venues. It was very convenient and safe.

It was so crowded outside at night but it's understandable because it is a Chinese commercial center.

Stuff friendly, good rate.

Lift must do more regular maintainance, I stay 1st time the lift damage gv mi bad impression. Hotel not at ground floor, inconvenient. Should provide water boiler in the room.

Some hotel staffs were friendly, the room service was really quick and the location was very close to many amenities.

There was no wire-less internet on top of 2 broken down computers for access to the internet.

staff are friendly, rooms are clean, walking distance to LRT station and plenty of nice and cheap stuffs to buy downstair of the hotel. the tv in the room has HBO and star sport channel for free..

the water dispenser happened to be broken when we were there. the aircon in the room cannot be adjusted for its temperature as it is centrally controlled.

Close proximity to bus and rail service.Great shopping for copies of all designers' brand from handbags, watches, T- shirts etc.Food stalls readily availiable in every corner. Great Food!

For the price and location there is very little for one to dislike about anything.
