The staff were friendly. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Wifi is perfect. Location is just so amazing. I wanted to stay near petaling st.
Location is good very accessible Friendly staff Clean
Beddings were not good Noise from outside can be heard from your room (very destructive)
I was recommended this hotel by a fellow traveller and it was perfect for what I needed. Can't be beat on location or price
Metro station was rather close, the room was clean(cleaning every day), there is also an elevator.
No wifi at all. No breakfast. The room was very very small. There was nothing to protect the whole bathroom from floating in water while taking a shower.
Location is near to all the main tourist attractions...Rooms are clean and good.
Great location very near to LRT and bus station.
Prize a little high.
Close to transport, in the center of markets'
some room without windows, can hear other people talking in the rooms.

Location and cleanliness
Smell of floors at the end of the day
Very close to Pasar Seni LRT station, the Central Market (Pasar Seni) and lots of other attractions.
Do not choose this place if you have a lot of luggage. First of all, it is in the middle of the market street (Petaling) and even if you arrive by taxi, you will have to walk to the hotel, which is going to be a pain if you have several suitcases. I only had one small bag and a handbag, but it was an experience. Then you will have to climb a lot of stairs to reception. Luckily, there is a lift inside. No coffee maker in the room, but you can get hot or cold water from the lobby - which you are not informed about by the staff, and you cannot even see the water tank if you dont walk around. No cupboards in the room, only coathangers. Basically, it is a good budget option for a short stay, I paid 100 MYR for one night, and another 50 MYR for the late checkout, which is 18pm the latest. Also, be prepared to pay upfront at checkin, and pay 30MYR more as a deposit.
Near Pudu bus station. Near Pasar Seni LRT station. In the middle of Petaling Street.
wifi not strong when i ask reception for any hot drinking provided, she said no, but i saw a water dispenser at the corner of the floor.

Good location and good value for money.
The rooms are a little tired looking.
I like the staffs who greeted us and helped us. We're from Indonesia and it was the first time we traveled together with family. The room is not as big as what we imagined but we got windows and we don't have any complains about the room except the a/c which we can't adjust. But we managed to adapt it by open the windows. The location's great, everyting could be reached by foot, from the temple to merdeka square. We also can ask for tourist map in the front desk and we can book a taxi there. It's also closed to Pasar Seni lrt station. The price is affordable.
It was hard to find the hotel at night because of the street vendors and people didn't really know where chinatown inn was. We can't adjust the a/c temperature but it was no big deal.
We arrived late and tired and the girl at the réception was just unpleasant and gave us a room full of bed bugs (203) then after an horrible night we ask for change an apparently they knew that problem but gave the room anyway. The night after de change for the 214 which is the closest one of the machines!! So bad luck or bad hôtel ? Actualy I vote for a bad hôtel !
Good central spot close to transport and right in the middle of china town but still very quiet in the hotel. Lots of extras free hairdryer locker wifi water tv in room. I recommend the windowless room for a better sleep.
The cleaners are very good but very noisy from 9am-11am hard to sleep in at this time which can be annoying if you arrived late from a night flight.
Location was quite strategic, right in the middle of Chinatown. I have been to KL before so no problem for me to find it. But it could be a problem for first time visitor as it could be buried among the stalls. The room was nice (a bit small but it's fine) and bed was comfy. We're happy to be upgraded to room with air-con. It made huge difference I guess, to our sleep quality (air-con was perfect, not too cold). They also provided iron to be borrowed (at receptionist) which was useful for us!
Breakfast not included. Not very economic, but it's the problem in KL
Staff are really helpful Located in the middle of the hustle and bustle of chinatown. Our room was small but had good size shower room. It was quiet with no noise from the market downstairs. Hot and cold drinking water available from machine in reception. plenty of places to eat right on the doorstep.
There wasn't anything we disliked but it might be useful to know that the street is not really accessible by car and was a little difficult to find initially due to all the market stalls outside.
Location is brilliant in China town, near a metro and not too far to walk to all of the major landmarks
When we arrived we were told we had one night in a room with air-con, then the second night we were in the same room but they were going to come switch the air-con off and remove the remote, unless we paid another 25 Ringgit... Which we had to as we need air-con. The receptionist was also pretty rude until we agreed to pay, after which she was nice.
Great location to catch buses around the area and right next to the night market. Rooms nice and clean and are changed everyday.
Lady behind the reception desk was quite rude on our arrival. We could barely peel her away from chatting on the computer to get our keys and when we did she made us feel like we were wasting her time.
-there is elevator -reasonable price -water refill -location
-office staff no smile
Location, very friendly and helpful staff, more spacious than thought.
Shower is a bit small
Great location, close to bus station to get to Singapore or around Malaysia. Close to MRT station. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room is basic but fine. Loads of good places to eat nearby. Perfect for what we needed.
You have to pay extra for a window, but you know that when you book. The room is smallish. No major complaints.
All Facility Like Market is Near Food Shops Nears & Good Location
- Location in middle of China Towm. Close to a MRT station, close to the drop off point from the airport shuttle. - Rooms are dark, so we slept very well here. - Rooms are clean.
- Price of booking.com is excluding tax - No possibilities for breakfast in the accommodation - No control over the AC, will only be turned on in the weekend. However you will pay more for a room if you want AC, so strange that you cannot control it.
