The staff is so helpfull and nice

In the center of the town and is very convenience. You can find all the good food around that hotel location with reasonable price.

We were staying at the top floor of 3 story shop lot building wt no lift. So if u hv a big luggage, it will be very unconvenience.

like the way design of room.

if the channel of astro is more channel its too good..and lift coz to tired if gte 3 floor. but normally ok.

to noisy and bothering others.did not have any iron and iron board either in rooms or in hotel. I did mention in my booking details that i want a late check out but the staff straight away say 'no' when i asked about my request.

Price is pretty steep consider that it is just a budget hotel, but maybe due to festive period. Climbing up the stair is pretty tiring, absolutely no-no for any senior citizens. Water pressure for the toilet bowl is quite bad.

Hotel rooms were not on the main street, but on a parallel street, though this is no big problem as the main square can be reached within one minute; room was quite small and bed relatively narrow

Poor cleaning staff; lack supervision.

Gave us a kettle to boil water for tea and coffee. Plenty adaptor points.

The room smelled damp and the bathroom was always wet. It was noisy from the market underneath.

Location: walking distant to restaurants, banks, souvenir shops and grocery store, very convenient. Furniture is quite new, room is clean and compact. Table fan and electric kettle is provided in the room.

The pillow was smelly, they should change the material. Light bulb in toilet is too romantic, not suitable for old folks and guys who need to shave in the morning.

Good condition n clean room.

Need to transfer some amount of money to hotel manager, yet when we check in, receptionist tell me they not receive any money transfer from me. I show him my bank statement but he dont believe me. I still angry with him right now

Noisy until mid of night. Difficult to find parking.

The oom is too small

The location but not advisable for mature couple as they don't have any lifts and walking up the stairs even on 1st floor is quite painful if you had just had a knee operation but the rooms are clean and comfortable.

the room in a new block is very comfortable with all new furnitures, feel like in our home..staying there for our honeymoon, satisfy for it prices as it was a budget hotel..

best location

-The best thing about this hotel is that, we are able to find foods and restaurants just by 2-3 minutes walking nearby.. -The location is surrounded by shops and main road.

- I think the whole block of the hotel (I'm very sure that the owners are the same although the hotel names were different) should throw away the rm48 price for these hotels. They are cheating people. None of the rooms are in such price. If you guys dont believe, please ask them. - The staff are VERY COLD, NOT FRIENDLY. We are not beggars. Please put more smiles on your faces, managers please monitor.

Loud, bedding didn't smell very clean, shower wasn't very warm and towels weren't replaced.

This hotel is totally overpriced. The room was supposed to be a deluxe room, I shutter to think what a standard room looks like. It was very noisy, one could hear everything other guests said. The rain was dripping loudly on some metal roof above the balcony. The towels were very thin, the bathroom was completely wet when we arrived, no shampoo.
