Citin Hotel Pudu  

Hotel moyen, bien placé et petit déjeuner correcte.

Stay at Citin is comfortable for local trip, budget, service etc. Location is good.

Like the price and location as well as the staff at the reception. The guy at the tourist desk was very cooperative and gave many suggestions on where to go. Think the room we were at (503?) need some overhauling.

The fact that there was no internet available at the room, maintenance of the room can be improved

The initial welcome lobby area gave the impression of a concerned, professional hotel experience. The staff at all times are well mannered, groomed and polite. The furnishings in the hotel lobby area are bright, clean, modern and comfortable. The interior decoration of the lobby area echoes the fact that this hotel is run on modern lines and principles within its management structure. The lobby area is continually busy. It seems to be run by several families - this client was unable to confirm this -however- the end result gave the impression of commitment.

My room on the 12th floor did not reflect in any terms of reference to the quality impression the lobby area and the staff portrayed. I can only describe the room as 'shoddy'. This is an English term for 'constructed without attention -badly put together with cheap materials and poor craftsmanship'. This is really a shame. I would term it 'tragic' because the personnel I met in my brief stay overnight could well be employed in much better hotels- (a factor that led me to the possibility this was a 'family run business') I would recommend this hotel for overnight only unless I was able to find a room that was well appointed.

We enjoyed our stay at your hotel although the room was a little small by most standards it was comfortable and clean. The location to access the city sights was very handy. The staff were helpful and polite.

We have no negative comments to make. We however find the showering layout unusual as most of the bathroom get wet but that seems now fairly standard in budget hotels.

It's the consideration as regards price and location. The proximity to the central part of Kuala Lumpur e.g. within walking distance to Pavillion and KLCC etc.,if you really want to explore KL a bit more by walking around the capital plus the benefit of exercising. Besides, the staff are all very helpful and friendly. We would recommend it.

The price only. But if I knew that leanliness and the customer service were very poor I would have booked in another hotel.pics are very deceiving.

Well...on the whole the Receptionist ..(a lady) was very warm and friendly....on my arrival and check-in.... On communications with regards to making calls etc...one has to move to the reception to get a normal phone call...which is not worth it... Even for a bottle or glass of water...one has to leave the room to collect the same on the 2nd floor... Room Service was refused wen requested asked to deliver water to the room and payment made by cash... Initially, after I had made a online booking and requested for a Room,,,was given a Room...undone....which was not a very good impression.....A/C not working....lights tripping off....etc.... Citin Pudu hotel has to make real good improvements to impress future Tourists in Town... Wish them all the best

Check in lady at the Counter and check out was good.... Would recommend Citin Pudu hotel...if there are good improvements.

Price was cheaper, suitable location.

Hopefully can add facilities in room, such as shower cap, pencil and paper. Another problem was, nobody answer the phone, even we call many time per day, we can communicate via email only... But, not all the customer known how to use email.
