Citin Hotel Pudu  

Hotel moyen, bien placé et petit déjeuner correcte.

A very kind staff and very clean rooms. The hotel manager came to me during the firts breakfast to ask me, whether I am satisfied with the room and services. What I hadnť been, he tried to improve. I really appreciate it! Room was quite old furnitured (with no bed light :-(), but clean! Soap, shower gel and shampoo were provided, refilling automaticaly, when being empty. Nice view from the room XX8 (KL Tower, the Petronas, Times Square buildings)! Walking distance to places you wanna see - Petaling street, old market, Petronas, KL tower (later two are more far but still walkable), more appropriate place to stay, than around the KL Sentral. To get there take a bus from the airport to Pudu Raya, the hotel is directly in the oposite of the side entrance to the bus station.

Just three things - not very clean towels (first, I though, they were already used, later I start thinking that they wash them, but just with a cheap washing powder and(or) fast programe (like 30°C water), so if you're sensitive, afraid of scabies or other 'stuff working with bad hygiene of bath(bed)', take yours; the same with the bed linen - quite smelly and spotty, one can feel very uncomfortable about it) (the only big minus of this hotel) - badly working wi-fi (being kicked-off every 4mins, need to log in again) - noisy air-conditioning (quite annoying in the night), can't be stop when the power is turned on (by the chip card) and should not be stopped at all because of the teperature (but maybe most of them are noisy, we don't use it at home)

The location is good, the staff is friendly.

Theres a lot photoshop on the fotos of the rooms. The room is not very clean but for a quick stop is perfect.

I've stayed at Citrus and Citin. I'm a repeated guest. My last stay was good and that was why I brought my group of friends to stay over the last weekend. This time it was a big disappointment. My request for my room was never met. They only sent my pillows and ashtray the next day. My friend's room aircon was out but they only change their room the next day too. There was discrepancy in the room rate but only revert back to me when I was checking out. The reception could have got back to me about it during my stay. I wish not to come back and recommend this hotel to my friends again.

The elevator was clean and the toilet was working

Check-in took do long since the system was down. the room was smelly and the air conditioning was not working proper The Tv had no remote control and only one channel was working. the staff is working to many hours per day.

It's the consideration as regards price and location. The proximity to the central part of Kuala Lumpur e.g. within walking distance to Pavillion and KLCC etc.,if you really want to explore KL a bit more by walking around the capital plus the benefit of exercising. Besides, the staff are all very helpful and friendly. We would recommend it.

The hotel facilities are not well maintained E.G. a) showers hose are already broken/leaking b) towels are VERY smelly c) springbed & pillow are very lauzy (bad quality) d) etc The Management should improve those kind of broken/spoil facilities and the room service/maintenance must check all inside the room before they sell/rent it to customers. Thanks.

Internet is not working.

The cleanliness is good especially the bathroom, bedsheet and floor. Staff are friendly and able to accomodate our request.

Bed was not comfy at all and you can feel the spring. It's not worth to pay over rm100 for that kind of bed.

Very good location 25 m from Buduraya bus station. Very friendly staff.

Very poor breakfast. Coffee was like weak tea, food was disgusting.
