Absolutely nothing. All lady staff are very polite and nice. The rooms are so small that one cannot more around. No safety locker & tea/coffee maker are provided in the room. Its the veruy basic hotel from all sense. The hotel is bang opposite a Mosque and one does not need any wake up alarm. The blinds in the room does not work and you get direct sunlight on your face in the morning.

Location of this hotel at town .need to rent car to travel around not walking distanceto duty free shop Room was not properly clean up.didn't change bed sheet everyday .room was not cleaned even 4pm. No drinking hot water provide in the room

I like the good services from the staff which I require for Hairdryer through the phone, not reach a second the hotel staff knock my door and provide the hairdryer immediately..And, the hotel is clean and comfortable plus locate in the town area which make my shopping trip become more convenience.. The room is no window and the TV cable is poor connect plus no hot water supply...

Your buffet breakfast is very bad. The food is not nice and the environment of the room is in bad shape. The cleanliness is totally out with a lot of ants on the table and the toaster is faulty. The food & drinks is tasteless.

suitable for backpackers and centralise location not good place to stay when u have big luggages as there is no elevator, and breakfast was mentioned available until 10.30am but at 10am all were finished and not replenished.

Nice and fresh colour design of the Hotel. Fairly clean rooms and nice bathroom. Our room's window was facing the "courtyard" of the hotel, which contained all of the a/c radiators. It was really loud. Oh and one of the doormans (male) came on to us (male) ;)

Friendly n helpful staff. Clean n functional rooms. Good locations near shops, but not within walking distance. Well-maintained. Opposite mosque, a bit noisy for non-Muslim during prayer times. Shampoo is very harsh. Walk-up, no lift.

Good response from staff, Rooms are very narrow, bed sheets with stain dirt, main door key locking got stuck. toilet light was not working. Totally they are not professionals.
