Cititel Mid Valley

I stayed in Cititel Hotel for many times since year 2005 and once in Boulevard hotel in 2007 as well. I feel safe and convenient when staying in this hotels owing to its strategic location which is only 1 station away from KL Sentral where I can access to many destinations via trains or mono-Rial or skybus to airport at reasonable transport charges. I still find that this is the best shopping experience in Mid valley after I visited Sunway Pyramid and 1- Utama shopping mall in my latest stay in Cititel.

The hotel was renovated and upgraded but one thing that I noted was the noice from the air-cond blower was a bit too strong and too cool even you turn the controller to 28 degree celcius at the lowest fan speed. I guese it maybe the controller problem or otherwise. Pls have this problem solve ASAP. There is no place or stand allowed for luggage placement. Pls think of these crucial items.

Definitely its location at one of the busiest shopping mall in K.Lumpur.

Can improve on the interior decoration of the standard of room stayed in.

The location of Cititel Mid Valley is very convenient because it's only one stop away from KL Sentral. A lot of food stalls at the Gardens Mall which is just next to Mid Valley Shopping Mall.

Staff are pleasant and helpful.

As the hotel is linked to a fair selection of food & shopping, it is pretty convenient to access to restaurants & boutiques, esp after The Garden Mall is opened, with Robinsons & Isetan around the corner, there are more selection of goods.

Insufficient toiletries provided in the rooms. Hotel guests need to call to housekeeping to requests for additional toothbrushes, sanitary bags, etc. Housekeepers only replenish the bare minimum in the rooms. I have also called to the housekeeping to bring additional coffee / tea bags.

The good location to the shopping mall and the rail station. The morning breakfast selection was varied and value for money. Room was clean and room service prompt.

Only 1 toothbrush and 1 pair of slippers given though there were 2 of us

Environment is good. Shopping food and relaxation are very convenient.

Hotel Breakfirst, why can't add the breakfirst during check-in time. Price, the price given by your is not included tax and your guy didn't let us know how much is the tax at the end we pay the higher rate.

Many food outlets and also shopping at convenience

The convenience being in the mall where shopping and food outlets are just steps away.

The breakfast charges were not included in the room rate but itemised separately in the bill. This means I cannot claim from the company.

Excellent facilities and convenience for both meeting and shopping.

Public transport to and from Cititel by KTM. teksi were a bit on the expensive side. Would have super if you have Hotel Shuttle buses to/from KL Central.

Key Card not reliable. Need to reset more times this trip. Need to fix. Staff were nice about it, though.
