While we attend to official matters during the day, our family members can kill time in the shopping centre and also varieties of restaurants. A very unpleasent experience I encountered when I returned back to the hotel at 0120 hrs, the hotel carpark entrance was errected with hoardings and unmanned with a signboard, (carpark full). However the right hand side entrance to the shopping mall was opened. I drove in and parked my car. Upon checking out, the hotel could not waive the parking fee for their hotel guests. It is horrendous. |

Convinience! To shops, to eateries and is a great place to spent your holidays without even need to think about transportation. Everything under one roof! The limited parking lots for guest! I had a hard time getting one the other day. |

The breakfast was good and the room was very neat The bell service should provide proper information for travellers who dont want to use taxi. I found that the bell service were not providing the correct information on providing routes via bus or train to popular destinations as taxi is quite expensive. The TV channels were not coming properly and there is no english international news channel |

fairly convenient to shop. I checked in around 6pm and gave instruction that an English papers be delivered to me the following morning. However, the next morning the papers was not delivered and I was told that I had checked in late so I had to go to the bell boy counter to get my newspapers! Traffic flow was poor during my stay and there was inadequate parking bays for cars. I had to wait in a queue for sometime. |
