Cititel Penang  

الفندق بشكل عام جيد .....ولكن يعاب عليه ان الانتر نت ليس مجاني عندنا تحجز عن طريق بوكينج ..وعندما اضفت ليله من عندهم اصبح مجاني؟؟؟؟؟؟

The enviroment was good to stay and also a nice place to stay. . Was enjoy the trip with my family..

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Nice beds, nice shower. Good location, in the city-centre of Georgetown. Daily English newspaper is nice.

Wifi isn't free, it's 40 Ringit a day. That's really expensive for a hotel that's already quite expensive. The hotel is not personal. Staff isn't really helpful. They'll answer questions, but not happily.

The location of the hotel is convinient, and the price is reasonable.friendly and helpful staff.Really apprieciate for staff of booking .com and cititiel receptionist kindly helping for my wrong date booking mistake.they solved the problem effectively.Thank you. Famous chendol and duck noodle are nearby. The hotel car service driver provide us good services and reasonable price.

Many chineese in the hotel too noisy restaurant near to ballroom very expensive spa

a) Clean and very nearby to the food courts and restaurants b) Very convenient and located in city centre c) Room is clean

The Cititel restaurant had a superb buffet breakfast included in our price. This beautiful restaurant also offered lunch and dinner at reasonable prices, though maybe a little higher than the restaurant across the road. The Cititel was very central, particularly accessible to buses. There were bus stops only a few minutes away from which we could travel all over the island. There were plenty of local food and clothing stalls. We walked our way to the major Georgetown sites and caught the bus back. The room was comfortable and had a lovely seaview.

It was difficult to convince hotel advisors that we wanted to use public transport and not hire cars..but we finally found out what we needed to know. It did take a couple of days though. Also, we had some issues with mould in the bathroom at first but staff went to a lot of trouble to find us a room where we were happy.

OK location, a bar/restaurant street 200m away. Walking distance to a semi-OK shopping mall (Prangin Mall).

Rooms are a bit old and the floor carpet felt moist.

No breakfast provided. No astro for tamil channels and please consider Indians as your customer.

Facilities is kinda good. Room is comfortable plus the location is the best thing for Cititel Penang.

Their reception and car park service is so bad. 1St is the front desk lady doesn't show friendly and spoke very rude. The car park is even worse cause the space is so limit and you won't get your car park when weekends night. Of cause jockey will do their job but I prefer get my car's key back after park my car. No one in Cititel can guaranty the car will park safe & sound.
