Clean, comfortable but lousy resturant, not courteous

Its near location to Penang Street.

Its parking.

Relaxed and comfortable.

Parking very critical. Should be restricted to non hotel guests.

Central location, convenience and friendly staff..

Very limited car park!!

For the price this was a good hotel. The rooms are basic and perhaps a bit run down but that is reflected in the price Location is good on the edge of best parts of Georgetown. Near to night market which is worth a visit!

Room was basic and not the newest/cleanest but as I said this is reflected in price.

Rooms clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was awful. Carpets in the hallways were filthy.

Location was good, just down the road from popular eating and night spots.

Cleanliness wasn't on top of their list. Bed linen was stained and our room was only available at 4pm despite check in time at 2pm. It also gets really loud at night with the corridors bustling with activity from other guest - no sound proofing there!! Overall, not worth the money spent.

Great hotel to stay. Clean, nice and comfy. Location is great as easy to travel around city. There is a transport service outside the hotel that bring you around places you want to go and a lots of trishaw ride3 outside. Great

I am grateful to the housekeeping staff who found my husband's pouch which contains our passport n money. This showed the staff credibility which deserves recognition.

The location is good as it is in the centre of Georgetown. Easy to travel around and especially it is near the morning market place where you can find local specialties there easily.

When I checked in the hotel, I was surprised to find that the hotel staff told me that she could not promise to give me a room for double bed room which i have booked it online.

Breakfast spread was good.

Parking was horrible as the path way very narrow and the operators allowed double parking. The bathroom can be improved further by having a wc bidet. Dustbins should be underlined with plastic and the ones in the bathroom should have a cover. Should have 4 pillows readily on the bed. Room had very strong cigarette smell when we stepped in the room. Should be that bad eventhough we requested for a smoking room.

Good location with reasonable price. The most I liked is the buffet breakfast and a lot of choice. Using the room card only allow the residence staying here and I feel like More safety staying in this hotel .

So far so good only the other days when checked in one of the staff not sufficient enough. As I told her I book 2 room and she keep on saying one room. First time when I check in the staff is good and she told me only one room can checked in and the other room not ready yet as the cleaner is still doing cleaning. Then is ok .. After we back from shopping we checked in the other room and I present the I c for the staff and the staff still said I only made one room reservation not 2 room .. And I was surprise why like that .. She checked again still said no . And I told her Cannot be as this morning I checked in the staff told my room reservation is 2 room. Then I inform the staff the room reservation is under name that I present you the ic then only she realize. In this situation .. Actually this is not a problem the only thing that I feel your staff not concrete on this matter. What for I present ic for the staff and she not follow the ic name for checked in purposes.. On that time I and my friend carry so many heavy thing that your staff not realize and we are standing at the counter for noition talk .. a bit waste time .. Sorry not complaint and pleSe improve thank you
