Check out was a very long wait.

Nozie in reception was very good.

This was our second stay at this hotel. The room was shabby and the toilet wasn't very clean.

The location is great! Walking distance to City Square. Staff are friendly and tries their best to accomodate us.

The hotel was fully booked and we were given a room which did not have a window. However, since it was only a night's stay, we coped with it.

Location is very good, near with Bus Station, and many restaurants surrounding the hotel. Room is very big ...

It's just beside Citysquare n convenient. Free Wifi n friendly staff

No iron n iron-board provided in each room even guest would to book on Deluxe Double, such cheap n necessary facility r still not provided by the hotel. Facial tissue also no being provided like any other hotel does..

Noisy staff; our room was not cleaned despite the "clean up room" notice on the door and despite our being out for 12 hours; probably the smallest hotel elevator you can find;

Very convenient locations, near the JB City Square.

Room not that clean, as I can see spots on the sheet. Variety of utilities and menu of breakfast are both limited.

Citrus JB is a newly renovated budget hotel near CIQ, JB sentral station and shopping mall (City Square). Location is super convenient to traveler who comes from Singapore or other cities of Malaysia by train.

The speed of free WIFI is fairly slow. Noise from corridor and adjacent rooms is easily heard and woke me up on and off.

Req anything all can't get! The new towel very dirty req to change also can't change, is new one never use!!! Stupid reception prepare my room very slow and still talk in Malay today eating wat food! Let me wait so long!

Good location and spacious room.

The service is very poor, especially the housekeeping. We have to remind the staff everyday: don't forget to clean up the room, provide mineral water, change the towels, bathroom tissue, etc. It seems They don't know their own duty. After we request, it came up with: towels with some holes on it, less number of mineral water we should received, no bathroom tissue or lack of other amenities. Very annoying. Also, we can hear the noise from other rooms.

Breakfast was correct Good location for a walk around, restaurant, night market...

Booked for 4 nights but left after 2 because internet was not working. Had the "pleasure" to see a cockroach in the breakfast room. Bedsheets/towels don't look very clean and "fresh". Originally thought that the price is cheap but I later moved to another hotel with swimming pool/decent rooms/internet... For almost half the price. Not in city center, that's right.

Here is my comment. I have to wait 3 hrs to get my room. I arrived at your hotel at 1515hrs, your staff told me, there no room yet. I had my lunch and come back at 1725hrs, still your staff told me, room is not ready....... At 1800hrs then I get my room how you expect me to recommend your hotel to other traveller or my friend n family? Theres no 1st impression about your hotel! What I experience 1st time is bad experience!!!!!!!

- Centrally located - multi-storey car park with decent rates opp the hotel - staff in spite of being overcharged is really friendly

- Slow c/i because of lack of sufficient staff - n o t because of their inability ( Ms Ind ...)

Location near to shopping mall

Cannot check in on time (only allowed to enter room after 3.00pm yet no compensation). No reward for early check out! Cleanliness is terrible (stain all over the sofa). Room service not done after 1st night stay! Elevator too small and have to go through 2 doors before reach room (not guest friendly hotel). Bathroom very spacious but useless because the see-through glass door! Not value for money (expensive). Should be rated as 1 or 2 star hotel and not 4 star!

Taxi's are at the end of the street, so If you have luggage you have to wheel it a long way. Not recommended for mature people. Bathroom is tiny. They say they have renovated the rooms, but the one we had had tatty windows. As the hotel is in a busy area you can hear traffic noise as the windows are not double glazed. The carpets in the whole hotel look tatty and grim. The room we had was small, the bathroom area is very tiny.

Good location, near the border, near the JB Sentral bus station, near the JB Square

Some smell in the carpet inside the room. Water in the shower room not hot enough.

Very difficult to get carpark,very inconvenient for business traveller.

The location is very good near shopping mall. (City square mall and kota raya mall) serounding a lot of foods

Booking.com should include taxes on the final bill so it not confused to person who book..

The hotel was location and low price budget deal

I dont like your check in process it take 2 hrs to wait ard 4.00 then i have the room

We book 3 Rooms but they located us at different floors, how to make such booking as early bookings ?
