Friendly hotel at a good price. Stayed there a second time a week later ! On my first stay I was upgraded but this time I went for the upgrade myself. The club use of internet with free refreshments made it value for money |

Friendly staff with value for money. Breakfast was varied. Rather away from things but not too much for a walk or taxi ride |

While the hotel is not in the nicest area, it still appears nice from the outside. Even at this cheap price, it is still the sort of place where you would not be worried about business colleagues dropping you off or picking you up as it looks good from the street as well. |

The staff were really really friendly and helpful. The location wasn't the best, but the staff were really helpful in providing maps and letting me know how to get around town. |

this could be a 4 star if they just improved the room and bathroom decorating, just needs some attention in terms of clenileness and freshness. |

When I arrived, half the bathtub was covered with greyish stain, and the toilet cover had urine stain on it, I really wondered what the house keeping was doing? The hotel only provides 14 parking lots in front by the roadside and does not have indoor car park, I had to park about 2 blocks away by the roadside and went through the hassle to take all my luggages/belongings with me as I felt unsafe to leave then in the car . The hotel is located at a back lane (of a major road), it is not suitable for solo traveller, especially lady. |

Friendly bellmen and fairly central. A good Chinese food stall next door. Comfortable beds The shower did not work in my room. Only very hot water would come out of the bath tap, too hot to bath in. When drained the bathwater then came up through the bathroom floor drain. When I mentioned this to the hotel staff at the front desk they did not apologise or offer a reduction. Below par for a 4 star hotel. (In practice the bathrooms etc haven't be refurbished, only the beds and common areas. Not like a new place and not 4 star by most standards. Pay more if you are seeking quality - this is cheap for a reason). I won't stay again personally owing to the shower issue and the response - showers being essential in the tropics!! |
