O Citrus Hotel superou largamente as nossas melhores expectativas: o quarto era enorme, o ecrã de televisão gigante, existe um espaço com internet gratuita e sandes e bebidas gratuitas, o pequeno-almoço é bom, os funcionários são muito prestáveis. Por mais 100 RM é possível ficar em hotéis mais luxuosos, mas esta é seguramente a melhor relação qualidade-preço de KL (aliás, do mundo...) Infelizmente o Citrus Hotel não fica na melhor zona de KL nem há transportes públicos próximos (10 minutos a pé). |

Parking was difficult. Staff/services are not upto a professional level. My online request for 2-night stay was apprarently accepted for one night only. Upon checking-in, staff did not confirm with me that I was staying for a night. On my 2nd day, I was contacted to check-out and my request to stay for one more night was not entertained. Instead they suggested that I take a suite room 4x the rate that I paid for. |

I was suprised that I have booked on a our star hotel and when I reached there I discovered that it was 3 stars !!! I was very unhappy with booking.com because they didnt have thw right information . |

The room was newly decorated (except for the bathroom) and had all you can wish for (tv, airco, safe, hardryer etc). Free internet acces. No lamps on the side of the bed to read by. The bathroom should have been redone also, because the whole bathroom became all wet when I took a shower. And several tiles where broken. Furthermore the neighbourhood was very bad en the breakfast wasn't very good either. That's why we stayed 1 night instead of 2, which we planned. |

The rooms were very clean and the staff very helpful. Level of english-speaking of staff is not very good. The hotel really should provide the client with a better map of the city. |

....the buffet is very good and the staff in this area is helpful and friendly Staff at the reception is helpless and unfriendly. Hotel renovation in progress but they just play around with paint....bathroom is not bad..it's very bad, old (not part of the renovation...) and dirty! |
