Location: near monorail station and LRT. Walkable distance to malls and near city attractions.

Toilets are old and poor maintenance...

stay with my sis in law after my fam fly back ...the room is big for just two of us...comfortable bed...

1.The wifi signal was strong. 2.I was able to get a room even though i booked last minute at booking.com.better thsn asiarooms. 3.dvd player in the room!

No ample parking.but the security guard was helpful in helping me to get one. The receptionist was not very friendly but okay.

Very bad location and also reception ladies are very bad. Couple times i asked some help to find some place and taxi ,they never help us.I arrenged own my taxi .Dont go this hotel , this hotel 3th class hotel you can make reservation better hotel in same price. i never go there again !

Staff could have been more courteous. We had room service food and they took 2-3 days to remove the trays from outside our door despite the housekeeping being in and out cleaning the room they must of stepped over/moved it along the corridor, it's very lazy of them and also could attract vermin. Breakfast could have offered more continental options. The rooms are in need of refurbishment, peeling paint work and marks on wall, stains on sheets and grime on shower. Hotel needs to be more helpful. We asked them to order us a taxi and it seemed a big task. Not suitable for business customers as the wifi does not work in rooms.

The room was spacious, though a bit old. Our room had a view of Petronas twin tower too! Overall good!!

Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful, any requests quickly addressed.

Rooms look tired especially bathroom and need to be freshened up a bit.

Booked the hotel thinking they provide WiFi but no internet and also no channels upon several contact with the staff who promised to send maintenance but no one ever turned up. So very poor service would not recommend.

Taxi Service, I ask for taxi - you must go to main road (with 2 suitcases and handluggage), here are no Taxis in spite there was a taxi parked opposite the Hotel. no Service in regard to assistance. taxi call from booking desk in front of Hotel is charged extra to customer

Great location and Club option in the hotel which is worth to book.

It is not clean at all and swimming pool just dirty! No chance for using this hotel for relax and leisure only to stay for a night or so.

The hotel is not to the same standard as when I stayed three years back.Rooms need to be upgraded-toilets leaking continuously,very bad sewer smell in room(518),

The location is so bad and no Taxis or buses go there. The room was not the same in booking.com. Bad bathroom and disgusting. Breakfast was not worth and not good nor tasty. Staff are not friendly at all, I asked them twice Alcohol and wound plaster and no answer back . Elevators are smelly. I like nothing and I felt repent for being there in this hotel.

love this hotel....this is my third stay....and im going to come again in May.....the staff were awesome n good....especially a staff that is at the Club Lounge called Paw...a philipines girl...she is friendly....i got bored in the room and i hang out the club lounge and we talked about so many things,...she was so friendly....i hope my stay with my family this coming May will be awesome n great too...tq to all the staff that were so helpful during my stay....

The staff were ok....very helpful...n its my husband birthday n the help me to put a birtday card inside...lovely...love it...n I dropped my wallet on the day I checked in n the staff knocked my door n return my wallet without any loss....this is great...the hkeeping lady was ok...the recption also ok....the bellman also ok....love the room but I thought the executive room is bigger than that but its ok...i did enjoy staying there....i will definitely stay there again...n for sure will recommend this hotel to my friends n family...very great value of money....affordable...my tv had problem but once im back from lunch it was fixed...so, its great....

The only thing I regret was...there's a lady at the cafe wearing tudung on the 11/04 morning...she's the only lady dat morning...she was not friendly like the others...she didnt even smile...its not gud...at least give a smile to guest...she's not wearing name tag...so I cant mention her name...but pls...make sure all staff will show gud attitude so dat ur guest will come back again...

The executive lounge was a nice place to relax, and we did so a few times.

The fridge was not cold at all, even on the coldest setting. The fact that power went off in the room when we left the room was disappointing. This meant phones/tablets could not be recharged while we were out.

the hotel is well located, with a monorail and a metro/train station at 5 min. walk distance. 2 blocks from Hop On-Hop Off bus station # 19. The staff was really nice and very helpfull.

Do not even dream of getting your room before 2 pm. The breakfast is gone by 9:30 am, to enjoy it you have to be an airly bird

When I checked in first in the 7th floor the room had a smell that can be more discribed like the one with a dead animal inside and the central ac never cooled the room. I made a complaint and they declined to change my room saying that they were full house, a tech came at 12 mid night and started spraying some chemical in the ac duct and washed it, saying that things will be alright, imagine the work was completed close to 2 am, I struggle to sleep in the chemical smell, dead animal smell and poor air con. Next day morning they changed the room,on the day of checkout I called up House keeping to collect my dress for ironing at 9 am none turned up until 10.30 and I went down personally to ask for someone to be sent for laundry, even after calling couple of times nothing happened. This time I went down and asked them to send someone with me and they called up house keeping and asked them to go to my room, I requested them I wanted to checkout at 1 pm because of this delay but a lady pretended more like a boss and said "before 1 pm" sounding so rude, I said it was not my mistake that I was delayed to checkout but she replied again "before 1 pm" I told her to understand the situation that I was wasting time waiting for someone from from laundry again she said "before 1 pm". This time I asked her name she immediately flashed a piece of paper with her name " LORETTA" with a gesture " do what you can I am not bothered" I got pissed off and wanted not to spoil my day went up to the room. The house keeping guy came and said he can't Iron my dress immediately and wanted 2 hours to return my clothes, I asked for an iron box and ironed myself and checked out at 12.15 itself.

I liked the pool although a little cold. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was ok but kept running out of things. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was good for getting around the city.

We were put in a room where nothing worked to begin with but we were soon transferred to another room. The pool was too cold. The minibar was missing stuff. The breakfast kept running out of stuff.
