Good location, friendly stuff, free wifi and was possible to store luggage.

Non window room is small and gets hot without aircon. However aircon is blowing very strongly, so if it bothers take some other room.

The cleening was acceptabel, for a backpacker it is a good and cheep hotel. Close to supermarket and has foodchoices nearby. Good wifi in reception!

Personel was nice. Generally nothing special.

The toilet had not been cleaned.

Size of the room, the staff an the strategic location. Good value for money.

Rooms are a bit run down No lift (but that's only a minus for those who can carry heavy luggage) Walls to the adjacent room is only drywall

Strategic location. Everything is near like food outlets, banks, supermarket etc. Jesselton jetty is less than 1 km from hotel & the filipino night market is just a walking distance. Overall I like this place and intend to come again next year.

Friendly personnel. Close to Jesselton boat station. Very good value for money in Kota Kinabalu.

Bar right round the corner, so loud music stops around 12 am. Noisy airconditioners and waterpumps outside, so you might need air plugs to sleep well.

The hotel staff were wonderful, the room was small but still excellent, air-con worked lovely and nice hot shower. Taxi rank outside so very useful, close to everything you need! we enjoyed it that much we stayed again a week later after visiting some other areas! overall very pleased

Sight smell on third floor (like damp smell) but once in room cant smell any more. Tea/coffee - fridge not in room but in communal area which isn't too much of a problem as staff are very friendly we just expected it to be in our room

旅馆就在主干道上，很方便，离各家饭馆都很近。去轮渡码头也是步行即可。房间虽小，五脏俱全。

前台接待的不管是何叔还是丽萨都不错，何叔会中文，还很热情的回答我们的问题，并给了8号码头的乘船折扣券- 。黄老板也很好

设施略显陈旧，卫生状况能在提高

唯一的优点就是地理位置优越，离美丽华超市和鸡场街近，当时订了2晚上，结果住了一晚老公强烈抗议不肯住了- ，找个理由说不住了，服务员很爽快的退钱给我们。建议大家多花几十块钱住对面那个大点的酒店.90RM，组后花了120马币住的对面，还要加服务费，真的是干净太多了·

很脏，桌子上面有灰，洗手间早上洗澡完一股子怪味，老公说他一晚上睡不着，说被子一股子怪味，第二天强烈要- 求换酒店。真的很脏。不推荐.

地理位置很好，前面走十分钟不到就是海边，后面有攻略里提到的很多茶室、餐厅。

服务台老板大伯，老板娘，漂亮的服务生的服务好，耐心，热情；地理位置超好；被单虽算不得新，但洗得干净。- 性价比好。

紧依一露天酒吧，天天噪声到夜半

坐落市中心，交通方便，旺中带静；老板很和善，会说中文；

客人离房后旅舍会将房间断电，所以回房后不得不请前台通电；旅舍不会主动清洁房间和收走垃圾

地理位置极好，对面就是美丽华超市，楼下面有换汇、电话卡、饭铺，后面就是Gaya街，房间比较安静，价格- 很实惠。床很舒适，而且旅店的大爷很好，懂华- 文，交流方便。屋内信号也还成。

房屋设施会有些陈旧，没有提供洗浴用品

Zimmer sehr sauber, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Lage relativ zentral. Zum Essensmarkt oder zur Jetty(Hafen) ca 10 min zu Fuß. In der unmittelbaren Nachbarschaft nette Lokale.

地点十分好，背面就是加雅街，方便吃饭和打车。值班的伯伯是华人，很善谈，很NICE。 值班室有个小的待客厅，提供免费开水、咖啡和沙巴茶。因为亚庇餐厅不提供免费引用水，我经常逛累了就回去旅- 馆打开水，方便极了。 顶楼还有天台可以晒衣服。

我住的房间空调滴水，电视信号也不大好。不过总的来说可以忽略。性价比还是很高的。
