1. easy to find 2. value for money The surrounding (out side hotel) is very terrible, dirty. old shop lots with dogs barking at night. not a save area. if i know, i will not stay here.

The boss was so kind and helpful. He offer his own transport just in case i cant find my own transportation. Hard to find taxis or transportation from the hotel and the surround was so quite not suitable for family vacation. i advice to get a taxi no from the JB town for on call taxi.

the staff was helpful. he gave us a bigger room without request as we planned to come in group that consists of 6 in a family. quite difficult to find the hotel as it does not have any signboard to enter the junction.

Convenient an value for money. Wifi is free anywhere in the hotel. Staff will provide password upon request Parking not designated to be infront of the hotel.

Big room. But the room was not facing river which otherwise could enhance the value for paying suite's price. There's a Muslim restaurant beside the hotel so food shouldn't be an issue. Quite far away. Needed own transportation. Some fragrance at the lobby is appreciated though.
